HE JIN: Commander of the Han Imperial Forces.
YUAN SHAO: A Noble Lord from northern China, his family has long supported the Han Emperors.
BATTLECAT: Known as the "Mouth of the Han," he is the official Messenger of the Han and Imperial Forces. Is said to have 9-lives.
ZUO CI: Court Mystic and sorcerer. Said to be a master of Illusions, he serves the Han.
ZHANG JIAO: Fanatical Priest and Leader of the Yellow Turbans, was recruited by He Jin after being defeated by the Han in the Yellow Turban Rebellion. He now serves the Han with his few remaining followers. Known to be a powerful sorcerer of the Elements.
THE HAN EMPEROR: The Han has ruled China for the past 200 years with an iron fist. He exploits the peasants, taking their money and daughters to his impregnable fortress at Luo Yang in Central China. He has never been seen by anyone outside his inner circle, but is rumored to be a powerful sorcerer, having recieved great power by defeating the great "Mystics" of the North and South.
ZHEN JI: A warrior woman and master of the flute. Was wife of Cao Pi until she was given to the Han in exchange for an alliance with Wei. Since then she has been the Emperor's concubine. She wields the "Lash of Doom" into battle, a weapon of magical properties.
WEN CHOU: A Barbarian Chieftain from the north. Wen Chou is known for his merciless nature in battle. Its is said that he eats the children of his victems, and does other ruthless things to the wives of those he conquers. He now serves the Han after being discovered by Yuan Shaoin northern Han.
HUA MAN: Daughter of Meng Huo and Zhu Rong, she was siezed at an early age by Han Secret Police and brought to Luo Yang. Since then she has been trained and brainwashed as a member of the Han's Elite Warriors known as the "Night Sisters," and has risen to be their leutenant. She has no memory as to her true origin, but it doesn't matter as she's fanatically loyal to the Han and willing to do anything it his service.
BABAR THE BLOODY: "The Pirate Lord of Bei Hei," Babar rules the seas north of the Yangze River. Also known as "Babar the Terrible," he has an obvious reputation for brutality and slaughter. Equally effective (and brutal) when on land, he has been recruited by the Han to blockade the Wu fleet and fight the Shu-Hanzhong Rebellion.
