[QUOTE="geaux321"] A few things from yesterday:
LSU was down another QB on Saturday, but their pass D wasn't doing much of anything either.
I hate how Oklahoma plays that song after everything, get creative and play something different.
How does the #2 team in the nation give up 65 points?
Hah, good job Notre Dame you lost to an awful team in Syracuse, Charlie Weis is an awful coach, keep him.
Abeline Christian scored 93 against West Texas A&M in the second round of their playoffs, they also gave up 68.
Keep it up Oregon St. all they need to do is beat Oregon and they can smell the roses and USC can get left out.
I still hate the ACC, how is it that the two (correction, three) ranked teams get blown out by 31, 34, and Miami by 18 points.

I've said it about LSU once already, but I'll say it again. They're the most inconsistant "good" team in the country this season. They're good one week, then lousy the next.
I'm not surprised that Tech gave up that many points. They got down early and, pretty much, gave up. Then Bob Stoops left his starters in until, sometime, in the 4th quarter to run up the score. He knows the only way he's getting to the Big Twelve CG is through the BCS. And the only way that's gonna happen is with these "style points" we keep hearing about all the time. It's all bull****, I know.
I absolutely love that Notre Dame lost to 'Cuse. Now he can't just throw the OC under the bus for a massive loss to USC like we all know he was planning on.
I would love to see USC not get to a BCS bowl, but I still see them get an at-large bid over someone that actually earned it.
How can something like that happen in the ACC? They're a mediocre conference from top to bottum.
Also, Wisonsin went to OT with a 1AA team (**** this FCS ****), and only won because Cal Poly missed their PAT.
Good points, both of you.
I believe USC will not get shout out of a BCS bowl. Name one team that will not get a BCS game that is better than USC (please don't give a B12 team because we all know only 2 teams from each conference can get into a BCS game)? As for OU playing the same thing after everything, all schools do that. "Style points" do count, at least the computers think so (damn machines have no heart or sportsmanship). As for the ACC, they should lose their "money" bowl (aka BCS bowl) because no one has dominated that conference. Why should someone with 3, maybe more, losses still get a big payout from the BCS?
Now my own observations:
It seems no one wants to win in Washington. WSU wins in 2OT and they storm the field. wow
I still have some hopes for BSU getting a BCS bowl. Will it happen? Probably not, but I can dream. If not, there's always the Poinsettia Bowl (anything but the Boise bowl).
I might have more, but I can't think right now
