I suggest that someone, perhaps our exalted leader (long live the leader, till he gets banned at least), should tackle the issue that sometimes occurrs when you click the icon to visit the last page of a thread and are instead presented with the penultimate page. It can't just be me that this is happening to?

It happens to me occasionally also, only when the thread is larger than 9 pages though.

Can't recall. I started a WORD file yesterday to keep track of various things I have to do here. I still have reviewing to do before I feel I can really tackle the process in a way I find manageable.

"God of War:Betrayal" (though not that great) is a part of the series *I suppose* and should be part of the "Related Games". it isn't exactly paid a lot of attention...but you get the point. I can't imagine the game could be that deep or all that fun to play. I mostly hate mobile games in their entirety.

I do have a Spyro game on my phone though...it's ok for when you're really bored.

Kratos is waging war with his Spartans. He gets attacked by Argus (pet of Hera). He bests it but doesn't kill it. Later gets attacked again, but is framed (by an unknown warrior with an unspecified master..Hades perhaps?...). So Hera and a few other gods are further butthurt. He hunts down the assasssin for answers only to be cut off by a son of Hermes with orders from Zeus to end his bloody path towards vengeance/answers. (for whatever reason) Kratos kills said obscure god.

I wouldn't have the patience to sit on A PHONE and play GoW. There would have to be as ve point every step in order to keep up with my short intention span for phone games. Since that's the only way I see myself playing it and that alone would make it not worth playing I don't see how it could win.

Changes to the rules of the "Witty Caption Contest". the only change I wish to implement is that each person should only vote for one entry, I believe originally you colud vote for two. I feel in the interests of simplicity it would be best to have one vote per person. In the event of a tie then a tie would be declared, any objections/suggestions?

That reminds me, what was with that PM? I got two PMs saying IQ had resigned and was now an officer, yet the PM failed to name anyone who took the position.

Literally, it just said '174IQ is now ranked Officer, has taken the position of Leader'. Missing out any name entirely. So what happened? Did IQ somehow click 'New Leader' on his own name?

Offensive Words. Top of my list is "censorship" but that is a different story. Gamespot has rules and we should at least pay some attention to them.

As we all swearing is big, clever, makes you look tough and strengthens your argument when included in it. For these reasons I am in favour of it.

The question is where do we draw the line? I personally have no problem with s****, ****, ****, ****, ****, ****, ****, ********, ******************************yiffer..

I think **** might be going a bit far but that's just me. I also thing the "internet stutter" method of bypassing censorship may be unacceptable. Inventive but unacceptable as the whole "offensive" word can be read.

I have no problem with that way of doing. However I think we should censor more than one of the letters, it's still enough to tell what the word is, for example: F**k, s**t/sh** etc...

Just to be on the 'safer' side (though when it comes to censor bypassing Gamespot are SRS BIZNESS no matter how you do it).

SRSLY though this needs input from everyone. What is deemed offensive and therefore inacceptable (we don't want to offend each other do we friends?) is surely up to our most easily offended member, whoever that may be.

Personally I see little difference between sh*t and s**t, we all know what is meant by it but if the latter is deemed less offensive and therefore more acceptable thaen I have no problem with using it.

I know that Gamespot has its own rules but I think we have the intelligence and maturity to effectively "self police".

I prefer saying "sh*t" to "sh**". The point is really that we would like to say such things as we aren't to offended so easily by the words. (lol at "c*nt" being so serious) It's censor bypassing either way. Let's just go with what works.

I understand they aren't fans of offensive words, but I am. They've restriced (a bit too harshly) curse words..but they also took away class and style..so to hell with them. Plus they've not even tried to fix various leveling issues, failed features (SPOILER tags are full of issues) and other html errors. The place is rightfully give a reputation as buggy and neglected.

I figured we could extend this to include, "What TV programs are you watching/loving?" and "Favoured Films"

In the abscence of our leader I put this idea to the leader. (the leader is missing, long live the leader)

Any additions omissions or objections?

Elaborate. well that is as about as far as I had got with the idea. Just an OT "members interests" thread. What media (films games TV maybe not websites this could make it too all encompassing) have you enjoyed recently/liked for a while and want to tell others about. Hopefullt leading on to discussions about the aforementioned items.

I think it is more themed OT than a game, therefore I think the ball is in your court.
