As a deity she is likely immune to the ravages of sexually transmitted diseases.  If anybody should be chastised for his indiscriminate lovemaking it is Kratos, who has unprotected sex with actual prostitutes every chance that he gets.

Kratos is a demi-god who has bested most of the Olympic Pantheon in mortal combat.

She is not slumming it in alleyways with anybody that passes by, she has chosen to mate with a true alpha male that has removed all potential competition.  If a woman can not have sex with Kratos without being a 'whore', then that is more telling of the insulter than the insultee.
