Not exactly. That's why psychos shouldn't have guns in their house. Also, how is it that the kid took the gun and handed it to his father? His father must be crazy, cause not only did he shoot him, he left a very deadly weapon in the hand of a 17 year old. Not dissing you guys, since I'm 18, but in our age we get too much pressure, and with the availability of a gun, some of us put the risk of others in stake.
This is almost as ridiculous as that story where the little girl was killed by someone imitating Mortal kombat moves :|
[QUOTE="Pump_man44"]Only in America.......... (no offence)Squeets
Yeah right... there was a story a few years back about some british guy killing himself because his lifelong friend stole his everquest account... that dude commited suicide over everquest... i mean come on...
Wow,I'datleastkilltheguythatstoleitfromme,notkillmyslef.
[QUOTE="Benjamin-T"]I also heard a story about two parents neglecting their children cause they were too addicted to WoW. Nah, not America, psychos exist everywhere.Squeets
Yeah that was in China... the chinese are some crazy mofos... there was a story on the news a few weeks back about a chinese kid that set his friend on fire to proce he was a fire mage from WoW... thats just crazy...
They have laws over games there now because of that... you can only play games so many hours a week there now... but what do you expect... video games are the envy of capitolist societies... and china is a communist state...
This is another reason why guns should be banned in america, if they are there, there is a chance of this happening.
tylea002
LOL he shot the kid with a .22... I mean using long rifle bullets there even a chance that 22 bullets won't piece cardboard... shut up dude...
Because if it's illegal, all you are doing is keeping the normal people from owning them.
Drugs are illegal, people get those super easy, alcohol is illegal for people to drink under 21 here, but I know more kids that drink than adults. Guns being illegal = someone who wants a gun for self defense is screwed. Tell me this, if someone is already willing to kill someone, why wouldn't they be willing to illegally get a gun? Does that not click in your head that a person who will do a worse crime wouldn't do a small crime? It's not a shock if a mass murderer stole a car sometime in his life, so yeah.
Hunting is still wrong, I was very pleased when foxhunting was banned in the UK. Give me a legitimate reason why people should legally be allowed to own guns.tylea002
Because hunting in america is a necessity to humans living here... they banned dear hunting once in california and the deer population went from a few million to over 30 million in less than 4 years... we hunt in america because there are still wild animals in large number living here... the UK is pretty much all urbanized with 60,000,000 people living on an island of 240,000 square km... the USA is a country of 300,000,000 living in on a land mass of 9,630,000 square km... in the UK pretty much all major wildlife has been killed off... here... if we don't kill the wildlife it grows incredibly in very short time... we just hunt to control the population...

Your reasoning is absurd and used by the tobacco and beer companies many times over. No matter how many times I hear it, it still don't make it right. You're right, we can't stop people completely from commiting crimes, but we can sure reduce it. Reducing is better than letting it be.
That being said, however, I do agree with people having guns, just not by your silly reason.
[QUOTE="insane_metalist"]That's pretty messed up!Squeets
Thats what its like in those countries... you not a man until you have an rpg and a long beard...
What exactly do you mean by "Those countries"? Sounds like a pretty racist statement to me.
no i dont waish a ban on guns...if you wish that then you are a **** wouldnt you want something to defend your home with if someone robs it besides your fists...obviously a robber will be more scared of a gun then your weak little handsHellRazer360
Introduce his face to your baseball bat. I find it amazingly ironic when people try to defend owning guns by saying they need guns to protect themselves from other people with guns.
In England you can get a rifle with a hunting license. But the idea is that you have to prove that hunting is a part of your livelihood. There's no reason why the U.S. couldn't just do the same thing. America is about the only country in the entire developed and civillised world that permits the ownership of guns and denies its people free health care. A pretty nasty combination.

They do background checks on every person who tries to buy a weapon here...and to own anything other than a rifle or shotgun... you need to be 21 years old and have a lisence to carry it...

So if I said you have to be an obese, gun totting republican who can't find the continent of America on a map of the world. That's what American people are like. That wouldn't be in the slightest bit racist or prejudiced? Afterall there are obese people in the U.S. right?So it's not racist for me to say that.
What the hell does "3rd world countries mean" Perhaps you could be a little more specific with your racist rhetoric. Any country in particular country where growing a beard, 12 year olds fighting in wars and owning RPG's is a regular occurence? Seriously please. Enlighten me.

Oh really, that person in those shootings was disturbed, and to buy a gun, he had to tick a box sauing he was mentally secure, which he did. So that was not a background test, and look what tragedy occerud there.
And the "real men" in darfur, are those who stand up against the violence, in politics and peaceful protest. Not those who resort to letting 12 year olds fight in battle.

Was that a pic of Pakistan? If it was its full of bull, it's nothing like that. Sure many people there have guns, but we need a licence to buy them.

Don't see any mention of the beards in there. It's a tradition in Arab and Muslim countires for men to grow beards but I guess you just went ahead and mixed one racist stereotype with another. All the same anyone though isn't? African's, Arabs, Indian's, there all grouped in the general catergory of "Those people." Don't try and justify your own racism with wikipedia links. I'd have alot more respect for you if you just came out and admitted that your racist.

a bullet from a 12 year old is just as effective as a bullet from a 30 year old...[lord of war]And? A 12 year old should not be firing guns or killing people. Like I said, having to force horrifiedchildren to fight your war is a huge sign of cowadice, crulety and complete disregard for emotions.
Because a majority of the people that own guns... such as myself... don't use them to shoot other humans... but to shoot animals... during hunting season...Squeets
Isn't it true that a majority of weapons owned in US are small arms; i.e. to be used close quarters? You couldn't use that to hunt deer...

personally if i was a warlord i would help my men fight the battle plus have my kids fight to..then they will be war hardened taught by the best..trained to kill and defend at all costs....plus who is to say a 12 year old should not be shooting guns...once again the united states has another one of its civilians brainwashed...just like the united staes suggests its a mutha effin crime to have sex before age 18....who is to say what age you are ready to have sexPlease Log In to post.
