After a lot of spontaneous thinking and making this up as I go along...

... I have come up with my top 10 favourite television shows ... ever!
OK, now this may not be as good as those fancy blogs, you know, with all the pictures and good reasoning, and billions of comments, but truth be told ... I am too lazy! :P
Lol, anyway.
Back to my top 10 favourite TV shows... EVER...
(I'll try and make this a quick list, and not drag on forever "and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever" (x1,000,000))

10. DEAD LIKE ME
I really enjoyed this show when it was around.
True, the main character was an annoying, pesimistic emo, but sometimes it was hard not to laugh at her droopy face and sarcastic comments.
The other characters were generally enjoyable, and the writing was pretty funny at times.

However, I think I would have enjoyed this show more had there been an arc, or something. The consistancy between storylines was good and all, but I got a little bored with each episode continuously just killing off just another random person that we care very little about.

But I obviously still loved the show

:)

Favourite Main (or regular guest star) Character: Daisy or Mason
Favourite Episode: Vacation
Favourite Season: Two

9. FRIENDS
This show is great. The writing is fantastic. The characters are hilarious. The situations are extraordinary. FRIENDS, IMO, is one of the greatest sitcoms of all time.
However, I do have one problem with it. (Of course)

1.) The inconsistancies of it - I think Rachel met Chandler for the first time 3 times. Once in 'The Pilot', once in 'The One with all the Thanksgivings' and once in 'The One with all the Flashbacks.

Now, to some people, it may not seem like that big of a deal. But I think that when shows get inconsistent, their reality starts to crumble, and things start to become confusing and dilluted.

But that is the only problem, and I still love it anyway

:D

Favourite Main Character: Phoebe (she's just so weird)
Favourite Recurring Character: Janice
Favourite Episode: The One with Unagi
Favourite Season: Six

8. SCRUBS
A very interesting look into the lives of those working at a hospital.
I also love how this show can make the mood go from hilariously funny to really sad.
I've also loved how they've developed the characters. It's nice that these characters aren't just standing still, and are constantly changing with things going on around them, unlike some shows where they're constatnly standing still.
However, the recent season hasn't been as funny or entertaining as the others have, but I still enjoy Scrubs.

:)

Favourite Main Character: Elliot
Favourite Recurring Character: Ted
Favourite Episode: My Fifteen Seconds (nothing special)
Favourite Season: Two and Three

7. FAMILY GUY
This show is so hilariously random, and funny, and random.
Sure, it's a cheap comedy.
All they have to do to get a few laughs is say something like: "This is worse than that time when I..." and have a flashback of Peter doing something stupid, but it's still good TV.
Other than season one, I think this show is great.

:P

Favourite Main Character: Stewie
Favourite Recurring Character: Quagmire
Favourite Season: Five

6. SOUTH PARK
I've been watching South Park ever since I was a little kid... which probably isn't good :P
But I just love how outrageous and how far this show is willing to take things.

It's incredibly offensive, and oversteps even things that Family Guy aren't willing to mock, and that's what I love about it.
I think that anyone who takes South Park seriously, really shouldn't, because it's just an outrageous comedy mocking anything they can possibly find.
I love it!

:D

Favourite Main Character: Cartman!
Favourite Recurring Character: TIMMY!!!!
Favourite Episode: It's Christmas in Canada

(TO BE CONTINUED... DUM DUM DUM!!!!... and possibly with PICTURES next time!... DUM DUM DUM!!!... and if you're very lucky, maybe even... reasoning! DUM DUM DUUUUMMMMMM!!!) :P

Stoopid Addictive Forums!

I am spending WAY too much time on Tv.COM forums!
Does anyone else have trouble going onto the internet, and not checking the forums to see if anyone replied to your message or what they thought in an issue?
I think I need to take a serious break from the internet, or else I'm gonna end out a hermet!
Cuz if I don't, I'm seriously gonna consider getting a banner for my Tv.COM page, (not that that's a sad thing, it's just I usually don't worry about those sorta things - I haven't changed my avator ever since I got on this site. It's been Andrew the whole time. So, if I DO get a banner, it means I'm seriously getting into it :P.)
OK, idiotic rant over thingy, or whatever you call the stupid paragraph above this one, OVER.

'Dead Like Me' Returns!

OMG! I was so happy when I found out about this,
because DEAD LIKE ME is coming back!

Directly from wikipedia (and many other more reliable sources):
"On April 28, 2007, MGM announced that they are developing an ambitious slate of direct-to-DVD movies and sequels. Mentioned among them is a brand new film based on Dead Like Me. The article mentions that the film will be written by Dead Like Me writer and producer Stephen Godchaux and will be directed by Stephen Herek. Through use of her website and her MySpace profile Ellen Muth has said she as well as all of the original cast is to return for the movie."

This news makes me so happy!
Especially since VM was cancelled, at least I have some closure to a prematurely cancelled show.
Hopefully something like this can happen to VM - a straight-to-DVD movie that will offer us closure - however I think VM's DVD sales aren't strong enough - whereas DLM's have always been very good  :(

Veronica Mars Cancelled (with 2 Ls)

Veronica Mars - 'Pilot' episode

I am so p!ssed off.
VM has been cancelled.
I'm bitter.
To everything and everyone.
Here are just a few of the people I am p!ssed off at:

Firstly and most obviously, the CW. My reasons, you ask?
- The advertising was stupid
- The advertising was close to never advertisied
- Pairing it with GG (to anyone who has seen only one or neither of these shows, I'll just let you know that they are completely different)
- On the date of May 17th, when VM was neither 'renewed' nor 'cancelled' and we were spoon-fed false information that there was still hope for a season four. (We still haven't been given the confirmation, but Kristen Bell's contract runs out in 2 weeks, the VM writers have been offered new jobs and the ratings for VM are possibly the worst they have ever been before, so it's pretty obvious a season four is 99% not likely)

Secondly, Rob Thomas.
- You ruined season 3. I understand that you had to make the show more 'viewer friendly,' but since when did that mean:
i.) No, or close to none, character development
ii.) Loose ends
iii.) Unneccesary(sp) character deaths, which were poorly handed
iv.) Making Veronica a bitca
v.) Over-doing the whole 'LoVe' drama
vi.) Lack of main character use (Mac, Wallace, Weevil)
and my favourite (and this is a shout of for you electricpeppers):
vii.) Making it a noir-less, predictable 'teen drama' that the CWs poor advertising make it out to be.
- You have made the series finale a 'season finale' with no alternative ending. Gee, thanks. While that might have made a small difference in the likeliness of a season four, it gives fans no closure and instead will probably put the cherry on the top of the crapiness that has been this season.

and

Thirdly, America.
- What is wrong with you people!? Why are you watching stupid reality television shows, but neglecting VM!? The IQ of you Nielson box owners must be about the same as a monkey, because I have absolutely no idea how you could watch such stupid television and yet ignore the greatness of VM.

:D
I'm feeling slightly better.
Sorry if I offended anyone.
I am just very, very angry.
And bitter.
And sad.
I'm ANGITTERAD (and that is a shout out to you, Boozy2Shoe :D)

Level 2

So far I am only up to Level 2, which is a suprise because I have only posted one blog and contributed about 33 posts to the forums. Maybe it is because I decided to track a lot of users I found on different forums :D
But anyway, my mission hasn't finished yet (to get to level 3) and I suppose I better write a review for a show or an episode for a show or something. Anyway, I better get hoppin'. Btw, I swear my blogs will get less boring. I'm working on it! ;)

Have just started using Tv.Com

I have just started using Tv.Com.
I'm usually on this site looking up episodes, etc. but I've only recently decided to join to talk on the forums to other people.
I'm gonna try desperately to get to Level 3 so I can put an image in my signature.

:)
