I'll remember COD3 WAR mode, Motorstorm online, Infamous, Killzone 2, MAG Domination mode, COD4 taking the shooter world by storm, the unbelievable Uncharted and Uncharted 2 sequences, Mirror's Edge, Valkyria Chronicles, trying out all the demos, DCUO, hanging out in Home that first year, and just overall watching the progression of the console through the years.

@bluefox755 @-ArchAngeL-777- First of all, "everyone" wasn't Gazillion (the developer). Second...the heroes are their only real source of income. Think about it. Why would they be dropping them down regularly enough for people not to have to buy them? Did you think they were just going to give the whole game away? You could do something outrageous like...buy a hero. haha. Half the heroes at least are $9 or $6...some excellent ones too like Cable, Colossus, Ms Marvel. You also should have gotten at least one more for completing the intro.

This game is a 7-7.5 game. Its a good game that lacks the polish to get a better score. "Mediocre" for this game is truly absurd.

Also, the comment on getting irrelevant drops is overblown. Yes you will form time to time, but most of the drops are tailored to the character you are playing. Besides, if I get a blue or purple drop for another hero I have or want to play, I will often save it in my stash for them.

I haven't the slightest clue what people on here are complaining about. This game is completely addicting. If you go in wanting to rag on it, you will find plenty. If you realize what it is, a hero based dungeon crawler, then your going to have a lot of fun and for not much money. I'm a veteran of the Diablo series, and its essentially the same type of gameplay.

And really, who cares if your character doesnt change looks when you put on new gear? Your not playing as some random Barbarian or Monk. Your playing as heroes with an established look. I dont want my Storm or Captain America dressed in a chain mail shirt with a kilt or maybe a nice pair of slacks.

@DigitalBushido @-ArchAngeL-777- @LeoKRock Yeah their promotions help a lot too. They are always running extra store credit promotions when trading in for new titles.

So somebody in the game industry actually gets the idea that used games help create new sales. Amazing haha. Others keep harping on used games even in the face of statistics from Gamestop showing a large percentage of used game trade ins going to new purchases.

What has happened is games like Uncharted came along and did everything right. They spent the money and it happened to work perfectly with the great concept they had. Kindof the perfect storm. So now devs think that all they have to do is spend a bunch of money on mocap, cutscenes, and ultra high end graphics to reach Uncharted fame and sell a bunch of games. When it doesnt happen, they want to blame used games and consumers instead of realizing they overspent on a game that just wasn't on the same level. No amount of mocap, graphics, and cutscenes are going to hide a game that isn't up to standard Uncharted is one of the elite IPs in gaming. It didnt get there just by some pretty graphics and facial animations.
