[QUOTE="2beers_in_hand"] Soulless lol really!!! I would love to hear your detailed explanation on why all these PS3 games are soulless, please do tell?

You feel like your controlling a puppet, a really disconnecting feeling when I try PS3 games. It might be the toy of a controller or the way the character are weighted in games and the sense that they were dropped into the world, rather than belonging to it.
But whatever. Enjoy the game. I'll just wait.
Thanks for such an insightful post champ. No really I mean it!!! You used the controller argument a lemming stand by. And then go on andtry to say characters in PS3 games have no weight really. I guess MC and Marcus are the pinnacle character movement.Well duh,(for that other guy) but anyways, Yeah they feel connected to the world. Go play it and really pay attention to this aspect.
"It's got excellent graphics"
Stopped reading right there. :|

See this is not fair.
If Bungie whould have made a Single player experience only for one player, you can just imagine the graphics, but they wanted to expand it to 4 player co-op with voice chat there isonly some much bandwidth and they need to keep it some playing.
And it doesn't look bad. It doesn't have all this stuff trying to hide imperfections like other games.

[QUOTE="Broman6015"] You say you haven't picked up the first Uncharted and you probably should, because Uncharted if FAR from being "Souless"3rdbass
I tried the demo and it had some moments but the "jittery" movement of the character and the outlandish animation of Nathan "not the hulk" Drake kicking down metal doors was laughable.
I have only bought two games for the PS3 sofar and that MGS4,that is a great game. This linear, scripted, shotty cover mechanic, poor aiming control game can wait.
So you are basing a game on a demo that it is souless.Fail. Please, play the real game before making that opinion.
If the demo can't do it for me. Why would I spend 60 bucks on a game. And it being a demo has nothing to do with it as far as it not being an indicatin of the full game because when have you ever played a demo and then played the full game and thought damn this is way better than the demo. I would say never.

Well the MP demo might meet your Halo needs I found it very addictive and I'm getting it for $45 no tax plus $5 gift card from Amazon so I definitely think it is worth that. Go pout on the $64 you paid for that HALO expansion pack.

Dude try and make sense when you talk.
You want to take some peoples opinions and go with it fine. Whatever, but alot of these PS3 games are souless, except MGS4, and simply are not improving or adding anything new to the mix. But it doesn't matter people will part with their money and gleefully go home andbeat it in one sitting and than dive into the multiplayer fora few weeks and than look for the next "big thing".
I say the heck with that and simply rent games thats the way to go.

I have to wonder now. What happened to all the crazy cow conspiracy theories? I guess all those sites being paid off by evil M$ must had been generous to give some many PS3 games such good scores.:PSpiritOfFire117
Plus a flower in a manure field looks pretty too.
So take with a grain of salt.

Still waiting to pick up Uncharted for under 20 bucks.
And I'll wait to get this game too, not worth 60 bones.
Played the demo and its not that good. But everyone have fun spending those 60 bucks.
