Either way, Elder Scrolls V exists. It doesn't need to be confirmed. Do you honestly believe Bethesda wouldn't be working on it? I don't. They're obviously working on it. Obviously not. In the current state of the industry, gamedevelopers prefer to work on a template they already builded and call it a sequel rather making a new game from scratch. Also they said that they bought the fallout rights and fought for them to make many games and not just one. Its more propable they work on fallout 4. As Todd Howard said "Dont expect a new TES for a very long time" So no i dont believe they are working on it. They are obviously working on it. The announcement will come soon. (less than a year)
I'd reccomend Bad Company 2 over Black ops. Great gameplay and so many new maps coming with the expansion and the map pack. Also the gameplay can be just as fast as Call of duty's if you're playing on the front line with a good squad.
