Don't know what you mean by "it kinda changed the whole feeling of the game." It still plays the same, only this time its less cheap and actually works. The changes made it feel less dynamic now it feels more like CS and I'm not a fan of CS. Movement is stiff and it's too accurate now, but it's nice that you can kill people faster even on normal servers. The movement is also the same, and CS?? I have no idea where you got that feel from the game.

Is this a joke? We're talking about css here, you can play it for hundreds of hours and it's very cheap. And itf you play on good servers you won't run into many hackers
I call it Wagon Age because of the number of wagons in the game!! Thanks for commenting neighbour! Wagons were needed in those days to transport more stuff...
