Old news.
He's basically saying what ALL developers are saying:
360 is easier to develop for.
That's well known and even a really big fat cow wont be able to deny it.
What's the point?
He already said before that PS3 packs a bigger punch. So what?

[QUOTE="Angakua"]:| ....i dont even know what to say... does sony even care enymore...?
basically they asked wether they are afraid of the 360 price cuts....
"In the month of June and July Xbox managed to close the gap somewhat, but we are still in front. As I mentioned before, up to the month of July we're clearly ahead of Xbox. And I think it will stay that way because I don't think it's a question of price. Firstly, they cannot hold up a release schedule close to ours, and I'm being very honest here (:o wt?!!!) . Secondly, all you have to do is look at what titles are coming out on Xbox compared to what titles are coming out on the PS3--Resistance 2 is getting amazing reviews; Little Big Planet is blowing people away; MotorStorm 2 is doing well; and then there are the SingStar and Buzz franchises. If you look at our social gaming franchises, we've sold in excess of 1.3 million social gaming peripherals. That momentum and brand awareness is giving us the advantage. We have gamer games and social games. The PS3's Blu-ray player is also giving us an advantage when compared to the Xbox, which doesn't have a HD device. High Definition is what people want now, and they can get that with the PS3. "

Lol, what he meant to say was:
"the 360 is catching up and then a price cut will destroy us and the 360 library is better along with the games coming out... we're doomed"
Oh hush already!
360 already had a price cut before yet PS3 managed to get 14m sold units 8 months preior to 360's time.
[QUOTE="campbell1874"]The war is not over yet.

I'd argue that it is.
All consoles have had enough time to prove themselves. PS3 owners are still going to be trying to claim ownage in 2010 when GT5 gets released, but everyone else has moved on.
Wii won
360 came second
PS3 lost
Only thing you can really argue about is games lineup.
As far as numbers, 360 is going down. Failure rates, hardware peaks, sales, number of discs per game, not so cost-worthy online...
That kind of breaks your prediction starting from q4 of 2008, doesnt it?
[QUOTE="hongkingkong"][QUOTE="Truth_Hurts_U"]I think he is just trying to justify his PS3 purchase to make him feel better.angryfodder
Why is every fault with a 360 a positive for the PS3 :? ?
lol - don't get me started on this. Apparently the best thing about the PS3 is that it doesn't have RROD.
My PS3 is soo good because it turns on....seriously...wow....sounds amazing, I want one. Something that turns on and works OMG!!!!!!!!!
This is not excusing the xbox 360 abismal failure rate - but still, this is not a reason that makes the PS3 a great games machine!
Having a console that actually WORKS is already more than having a 360 :)
Wait, wasnt it the PS3 fanboys who bashed Carmack for saying the xbox360 had more powerful hardware as total? Has the tunes changed? Nedless to say more space == better.IgorVitaly
They've never really changed.

Like other people have been saying this is just an attempt to get MS to lower the royalty fees, which they should. Don't games like MGS4 and GTAIV on PS3 have to install? So if this game came on 3 discs for 360 and had to install what would be the difference? MS just needs to drop the royalty fee. They caused the problem in the first place.gamecubepad
If this game comes out on 3 DVDs for 360 it's gonna be the laughing stock of the new millenium.
Changing discs? That's like going back to the days of the Commodor
[QUOTE="Juggernaut140"]They take skill to get good at unlike Wii Play...DirtyHorse
like warhawk?
Warhawk most definitely requires skill.
Not many players can dodge one of those groud to air tracking missiles without flairs.
[QUOTE="hopesfall2own"]Well what do you expect when a third (may be exaggerated) that buy it don't even know it plays games, it's the cheapest blu ray player on the market..when you get a decent game lineup call me. rocoswav
damage controll is amazing in this post
first of all i present you with this http://www.cheapstingybargains.com/52991/sony-bdp-s300-ref-high-definition-blu-ray-disc-player-249-shipping/
2nd of all EA makes most of its money of the PS3, what does this mean to you??
3rd where did you get one third from?? were are your numbers coming from?? you have failed miserably sir
Where did you get your 2nd assumption from?
If history could tell us anything is that EA are the WORST ps3 endorcers and porters in the business.
Just take a look at Orange Box, N4S,Madden,Blacksite 51 - All without an exception are pure garbage ports.
[QUOTE="dracula_16"]She's likely never played a game in her life. Like the other poster said, this is the very definition of desperation.Kez1984
There obviously aiming at the lowest common denominators, ala postal 2,
Actually Postal 2 had "class" comparing to this cheap presentation.
I'm really looking forward to equipping guns with cats as silencers in HD lol :)
