I'm new to this board but have been participating in 360 vs PS3 discussions ever since I got my lunch PS3.

It seems that only here on Gamespot the camps are splitted to "cows" and "lemmings".

Where did that come from?

You all know how it's like when you live with your folks.

You cant really have any fun playing when everyone's sleeping or simply

when you own a 5000W per of Warfedales and the isolating sheets are crap.

And what exactly are you going to use that hardware for. I can only think of two games that need it, and those are Crysis and AOC. Any other decent game that has come out on the PC is on the console. And the consoles can run games at 19x12 resolutions without losing even 1 framerate. Where as to do the same thing on the PC you would need to spend 2k worth of dollars.

Anyway point being, PC game catalogue has dried up. yes the hardware is there but where are the PC exclusives that actually take use of the hardware?If they made Crysis for the consoles (which I believe is posssible) you would be able to run Crysis at 1080p with no dip in framerate.

It's already being developed on ps3 and xbox :)

God Of War 3 was confirmed long ago and Microsoft has a surprise, FFXIII for Xbox 360 and A brand new first party Ip most likely. As I've stated before SE lost interest in the Ps3 if they cared the game would be already out.

Only a true Lem thinks that or a huge fanboy such as yourself considering the games being built on the PS3 architechture, then again your probably still saying "bu bu teh MGS4 will come out for teh 360"

It already has.

Take Bioshock for an example. MS cashed in a one year exclusive and it's well known.

Game was suppose to be a multi platform from the beginning.

Please tell that to Infinity Wards who wont be developing their next COD on PC thanks to piracy.

And they're not the only ones.

I believe even Xbots wont deny it.

RROD aint going nowhere.

Even after the Falcon model and 65nm gpu Microsoft has reduced XBOX defectiveness to 7%.

That's a substencial improvement comparing to the previous 33% yet still very high comparing to Sony's barely 2%.

Does #4 encompass University/College Grads making solid salaries?

I would imagine anyone even paying a mortgage or rent would be able to drop the grand required on all three on a salary < 50k.

It's a matter of prioreties I guess.

I'd put food on the table and gas in my tank before anything else.

It's possible alright but a person doing so must not have a social life whatsoever or he himself wouldnt know why he really got all 3 consoles. I own a PS3, PSP and a medicore PC. I would have gladly purchased a 360 but it will just sit there collecting dust as I'm a student with very little time. WII on the other hand I wouldnt even buy for half the price since it's games dont address me. I find it hard to believe someone can switch so easily between them. I mean sure 360 and PS3 but WII? That's gotta put your FHD TV to a mockery and I cant stand seeing comodor pixelated s*** on my big screen.
