Darksiders PS3 Review 8.0Bayonetta PS3 Review 8.0

Darksiders 360 Review 8.0Bayonetta 360 Review 9.0

GameSpot on Darksiders:

"there are some unfortunate graphical issues in the Xbox 360 version. Screen tearing is a huge problem that surfaces almost any time the camera is rotated, and it's bad enough to distract you even when you're just exploring. In addition, battles that get too big make the frame rate suffer, causing graphical slowdown. The PlayStation 3 version suffers neither of these issues."

GameSpot on Bayonetta:

"Though frame rate issues, frequent and extended load times, and less-crisp graphics make the PlayStation 3 version inferior to its Xbox 360 counterpart, it is nonetheless still a very enjoyable experience"

Is this not abit of a double standard on GS part?

Really who cares? Is it being claimed an exclusive or non exclusive going to ruin your day? It's a game that's on a different "system" even if said systems are Sony.

akira2465

I'm not so much much interested in the games, just the hypocrisy of people, how can 1 be exclusive without the other.

Why do people deny this game is a PS3 exclusive?

I know its on the PS3, PS2 and PSP

BUT SURLY the PS3 version is vastly Superior in every way and cannot be compared as the same game?

The Show - is owned by Sony and has only appeared on Sony platforms.

It's hypocritical to allow games such a GRAW 360 exclusivity and then deny games like The Show.

GRAW is PS2 and PC so how is it an exclusive.

The funny thing is if the PS3 would have been out at the time GRAW would have been on the system. its only a so called exclusive by default and is a cheap victory for lems

The new look is way better then the eyesore covers we get here in the UK.

It looks more like a bio hazard warning then a game cover.

The boxes even come in a cheap horrible silver, yucky

id take this look any day

I'm just fed up with Microsoft's BS, I'm no fanboy or anything. Both consoles are good and both have good valid games.

But my 360 keeps dying, keeps breaking down, after the 4th time of getting it fixed, my disk tray no longer reads games and then having Microsoft trying to make me pay 100 bucks just to get it fixed AGAIN. Does anybody else feel the same way?

now, don't get me wrong, I am going to miss some xbox gaming, Halo: Reach, Crackdown 2, and Splinter Cell: Conviction. But I just can't spend any more money on something thats going to break down on me all the time.

Tr3v3r

I made the switch just over two years ago.

I loved the original Xbox.

It was a reliable piece of hardware and imo was alot better then the PS2. it still have that original xbox console today.

Since i was so happy with my original xbox it securred myself a 360 on launch day.

it worked great until jan 2006 and then due to the shortage had to wait 3 weeks for a new one.

When I got the new one that two worked well for a while the RRODed.

I had about 4 360s in such a short period of time that when it came back for repair the last time I traded it in with all the games for a PS3.

I did love some of the 360 games and had some great friends on xbox live, but due to the crap hardware i felt i had no real option, because I did not want another console RRODing on me again.

I have been really happy with the ps3 and cannot fault the hardware.

That said I am thinking of buying an elite nextweek because the 360 does have some games that make me want to own both consoles. i.e Gears of War and mass effect and blue dragon and a few other rpgs i like the look off

Why is this franchise so Underrated? It is Great and here is why.

The Games:

Singstar is an excellent party game with a great selection of disc's that keep on coming.

The Singstar disc's GAMESPOT have reviewed have scored respectable 7 to 7.5 anyone else feel they are underrated?

From SingStar Party to SingStar Singalong with Disney, there are many great SingStar titles available for PlayStation 2, and you can now enjoy them all on your PlayStation 3.

The Hardware

Makes good use of Playstation Hardware Past or present.

SingStar Features

Voice Control: Available for free download from the Singstore. Pick tracks just by saying the song title into the microphone.

Video Editor: Available for free download from the SingStore. A set of editing tools to jazz up your video's them up.

SingStar Clubs: A new way to share your masterpieces and keep in touch with the SingStar Community. Creating a club lets you easily share performances and communicate with friends and fans alike.

SingStar Viewer: Access My SingStar Online directly from the XMB, without the need of a SingStar disc. You can also browse the SingStore and download songs.

Wallpaper Creator: which lets you produce in-game wallpapers featuring you and your friends, customise menus and change the background music to suit your mood.

SingStore: Purchase an additional 1044 songs online from the SingStore, and expand your current music selection.

My SingStar Online: upload your photos and videos of SingStar parties. The game will record photos and videos of players singing with the PlayStation Eye (or other compatible USB camera), which can then be saved to the PlayStation's HDD or uploaded to the My SingStar Online network. SingStar Community: A 500,000 strong and growing community.

SingStar is constantly improving and expaning but it does not get much hype on GS why is this?
