Duncan was taking it to the hole every single time, were you not watching? Damp should've fouled out long ago -- multiple times when Duncan jumped up to get an entry pass or was just receiving one, Damp would push him out with his hands in Duncan's back. Subtle, but noticeable.
Brand rapes Dirk. Nowitzki has the most consistent jumper in the L, but Brand's is the 2nd most consistent -- yes, including any guard in the league. And the big difference is Brand is very good defensively, is a monster in the paint, and is a better rebounder, and, one could argue, a better passer. I've long said Brand was a top 10 player, and with this season, he catapulted firmly into the top 5. 30+/10/4+/2 blocks shooting better than 55% vs Phoenix.

heh. The Spurs shot like 20 more FTs than the mavs, Dallas won IN SPITE of the stripes. And you may as well start donning your Pistons gear, because the Suns/Clippers dont have a snowballs chance in hell.
Um, Spurs shot like 8 more FTs in today's game than the Mavs, and that's mainly because they deserved it -- DUncan took it to the rack every single time.
Dirk averaged 11.7 FTs per in this series. Not even CLOSE to that in regular season -- 7.4. Vs Memphis? 9.5.
Dallas averaged 33 free throws per game in the 7 game series. To put that in terms of FT per shot attempt, it's .44. The Spurs only allowed .298 FT per shot attempt in the regular season, 4th best. In the regular season, Dallas got .33 FT per shot attempt vs the Spurs. In other words, it rose over 30% in the playoffs... And it's not like Dallas has very many people who get to the line consistently -- just Dirk and Stack.
Suns/Clips have no chance? Wanna bet infinite amounts of money that, if the Mavs win, it takes at least 6 games?
