i have a six axis controller that was appeared to be working fine until i started playing assassin's creed 2. as everyone knows, when you lightly push the left analog stick forward he will walk slowly. the more pressure you place on the stick in the forward position the faster he will walk. with my controller he will studder step a lot. in other words if i'm holding r1 trigger and x to run he will start and stop a lot. it is very annoying. anyway, is it because it's a six axis instead of a dual shock or is the controller broken? if it's "broken" is there an easy fix or do i have to buy another controller. i love the game, but this is making it hard to play at time.

bump, anyone?
if i run out of space on my ps3's hdd can i just buy an external hdd and use it to save game date/saved game data? then, could i just connect it to my ps3 and play a game using data saved on the external hdd? i would love someone to answer this question. i'm a gamer, but IT stuff isn't part of my dance.

Just dawned on me....
Making physical actions to kill someone (slit throat, impale, tear head off, etc) via the move...that takes violence to a new level. I'm not sure how I feel about it.
You can bet it will make waves with censors.

Very good point, I too think that is a little over the edge. Violence in video games is fine, acting out the violence is not.
how was the wii version taken?it was a big deal on the wii although it didn't last too long. the kill scenes were so edited and blurry you couldn't even tell what was happening anyway. i haven't seen a copy in stores in forever. i think gamespot actually gave it a 7 or 7.5 which was surprising...
that's the first thing the majority of people wanted after seeing the wiimote (especially with motion+) for the first time. it never happened though. hopefully someone will be willing to make it happen for sony....

hell no if you get from the store you have 12 month warranty if you take refurbished you have 90 days

Agreed
that's incorrect. i bought a refurbished system and since it was "refurbished" by sony it has the one year warranty. then i paid $30 bucks for an extended 2 year warranty. works and looks just like a new one. save some money and get a refurbished one.
some people may be disappointed with god of war 3. my response is that you can't please everyone. the game is beautiful and fun to play. who cares about "true" 1080p anyway??? i am LOVING this game and mlb the show 2010 right now...
i think you may have answered your own question. you stated that you didn't like god of war 1 and never played 2. then you go on to say that final fantasy and the new episodes of gta have more to offer. problem solved. i however, will be playing god of war 3 and loving it.
The fact that you're asking means you're probably a casual fan so why not?

true, if you are a die hard baseball fan then obviously go with 2010. however, if you just want a baseball game so you can play a game solo or with a friendevery now and then go with 09'. i bought 2010 and i'm happy i did. also, i doubt 2010 will have a price drop until 2011 comes out.
i'll be interested in the move if it can separate itself from what the wii can do. before all of you jump on my back i know the ps3 has superior graphics. i'll wait and see. so far, i'm not inclined to buy it right when it comes out....
