[QUOTE="ATG1"]PSP has the better multimedia functionality and the better games. Ds has 5 AAA and 19 AA. The PSP has 5 AAA and 47 AA. shaggygrosser

The DS has 7 AAAs

I was waiting for this, I don't actually know too much about Nintendogs but they seem to be the same except for the breed of dog, so I counted it as one. Still though, even if we have to say 7, the sheer number of AA titles that the PSP has over the DS makes up for it.

I don't think you will. I was a PS2 owner last gen and wasn't sure about the Xbox brand, but so far it's better than I thought it would be. Online is great and the controller is well designed, with rumble and smaller than I thought it would be. For some reason I thought it'd be huge but it fits in the hands nicely. Plus there's a massive library of games to dip into right now and the future line-up looks cool as well. Negatives would be that mines fairly loud when playing certain games.

I have and love PGR 3 also but I'd also check out Teast Drive Unlimited as well since it has more of an open world design.

Come on now, we all know the rules of the Gamespot forums. It was hyped for a low AA and it got a high A so it flopped. I actually think in terms of sales it'll sell very well though. I wasn't a huge fan of the demo though so I think I'll pass for now. There are other games that I still really need to get before considering Crackdown.

True, but when they see the price of the new systems (apart from the Wii which is fairly cheap) surely most people are going to do some research this time before spending £250 or £425 on the 360 or PS3. Unless they're a caual with money to burn I think the PS3 price tag will put quite a few of the old PS2 owners off.

I think I'm going to dust off my old PS2 once more so that I can play this game. I thought Res Evil 4 was going to be it's final outing but this game looks too good to miss.

Edge Magazine is really hard to please, their scores are almost always lower than the average. I bet it scores a lot more than 4 in most reviews but still, I doubt it can be AAA as some predicted. The big surprise was that they gave Crackdown an 8, that's a big score for Edge.
