Tis the Season FOR GAMING!!!!!

Christmas is in 4 days! Im really excited not only for the whole Christmas joy and my long break. But also when our family gets to open presents. I got my dad a Steelers Monopoly game and a giant remote. I got my sister Sarah a TMX Ernie and Disney Princess DVD. And my mom an Idog and Pirates 3 on Blu-Ray. Hope they don't read this at all, (PHHTTT Fat chance!) I basically just asked for Ratchet and Clank Future, CoD4, Simpsons Movie, and International Superhits from Green Day. What are you looking forward to this year? Post a response.

Most Likely Reasons I'll Die Tomorrow

Ok i know there is like a great chance i won't die tomorrow. But if there were any chance i would, one of these would probably be the most likely cause.

-Brain being scarmbled from listening to Green Day too much. (I think i listen to them too much)

-Starvation from playing non-stop "Resistance"

-Dehydration from playing non-stop "Resistance"

-Suicide by stabbing of remote control

-Random dude chewing my leg off

-Siezure from all the flashing colors of "Everyday Shooter"

-President hires hitman to kill me (Bring it on!)

-Watching "Snakes on a Plane" again

Ah life. Such starnge things can happen when you have no idea how or when you are going to die... Hey dude why are you chewing my leg?

"It's Official!" My Most Played Game Ever is Resistance

I may have only gotten this game in September, but i have almost been completely playing Resistance: Fall of Man since then. I only took a short break to play The Simpsons Game, Ridge Racer 7, and Lair. I have beaten this game 3 times (Medium, Hard, and Superhuman) and have played hours upon hours on online multiplayer. I just love how this game plays itself out, great story, awesome weapons, its beautiful, intense, bloody, and so much more. Probably my next most played game would be either Bully or Daxter. But Resistance is so much fun and i want to keep playing it forever. I may never get bored of this game!!!!

Multi-Platform Games: Wii's Worst Nightmare

Many of us like to see these really big, long awaited games to come out like The Simpsons Game that you can find on not only your system, but others. Sometimes you don't like this fact, since that means your system might not get the most sold, but it being on other platforms can be a good thing. They can give you something to compare to, by reviews. If your systems game is better than WOOHOO!!, if not than BOOHOO!!.Unfortunately, the Wii is not one to usually get a WOOHOO! According to The Simpsons Game, Manhunt 2, Call of Duty 3,Tony Hawk's Proving Ground, etc., Wii's versions of the games are usually the worst. Usually scoring the lowest out of the other multi-platform versions. Though when they usually score lower, its not by a great deal. Being mostly by .5, but Call of duty 3, Wii's score dropped by 1 (Compared to PS3 version). I don't know if these lower ratings have more to do with blandish graphics, poor control or what, but all im saying is according to most sites, Wii's line of multi-platform games usually aren't the top dogs.

Will PS3 Win The Holiday Sales?

I have wondered alot about the PS3's holiday sales. If you ask me, i think the PS3 will win holiday sales because of the games that have come out for it and are coming out for it before the Holidays. 360's got Mass Effect and Halo 3, but PS3's got Eye of Judgement, Ratchet and Clank Future, Uncharted, Haze, and Time Crisis 4. Wii's only really got Super Mario Galaxy, but that could be bought by all Wii owners before the holidays come. (That has probably already happened with Halo 3). Oh well, lets just wait and see.

Plagarised Reviewers?

Since most of us tune in to more than one site, we could put different reviews on them. Though before my IGN problems, i would write reviews there all the time. But i found Gamespot and became one with it. I had previously written a "Call of Duty: Roads to Victory" review on IGN, giving it an 8.6/10. Later, when i went on to Gamespot (this was when they had the old review system) i tried to give it the same score, but couldn't. So i gave it the closest i could, an 8.2/10. One day im lookingthrough other CoD: RtV reviews and find one titled "Right Game, Right System, Wrong Idea." which was exactly the same as my IGN review title. I look through the review and find that word for word and opinion for opinion were exactly the same. He had plagarised my IGN review on Gamespot. Though he thought he could be smart and give it a 7.7/10 instead of 8.6/10 like i did. Though i knew what he did and he was reported for it. From what i know, he was either banned or still is here, but with the review taken off. I hope nobody else on this site is doing anything like this, because it is plagarism and plagarism is illegal. Anyone who does this just proves that they have no creative talent to make their own review.

Serious IGN Issues

I don't really mean this in an offensive way, but IGN has serious problems they need to work out. Apparently, their rating system doesn't round up to the nearest .5, which i think is great, but the 5 things you rate don't really come out to an average. It really just comes out to whatever you want it to be. Like once i saw a guy review Resistance. He gave a 10 on everything, but in the end he added it up to a big fat 0.0. Ok, i know that guy isn't IGN's fault, but i seriously think that the end value of the totals should be an average. But really the biggest problem isn't a spread out thing, its apparently only something on my computer. Everytime i tried to read one of their reviews, like Lair, i wasn't able to get in. My computer just freezes. Does that thing happen with a lot of people's or is my computer just loosing itself. This also happens with some postings they have, no matter what it seems i can never get in. Even with these few flaws, i think IGN can still be a useful short, especially with more than just game reviews. But don't bother telling me that, since its impossible for me to do anything on it now.

Curiosity Question: "Why Did This Happen?"

Curiosity Question is a new posting from me about a questions ive always had about things. Don't expect them to come up weekly. For all i know they could pop up at anytime.

With the release of Crash of the Titans, i have thought of a question that has always bugged me about Crash. Why did Nuaghty Dog give Crash up? Naughty Dog may have not been at their peek at this time, and Crash really didn't show that this was wrong. But with all the reviews of the later Crash games and all, and how they say Crash is ok, would Crash be better if Naughty Dog had kept it? Would the game be so much better that it would rival Mario? Would Jak have never happened if they decided to keep Crash? Would I be asking these stupid questions if Crash was still Naughty Dog's? Ok, i know the answer to the last question so just forget i said that. But still, how would things be for Naughty Dog if they had kept Crash?

PS3 Games "Which Should I Get Next?"

As some of you know i got my PS3 a couple weeks ago, and let me say IT ROCKS!!! I rented Genji: Days of the Blade and it was pretty good. Bought Resistance: Fall of Man and its the best game ive ever played, but what comes next? I was thinking about renting Formula One Championship, but what about one i want to keep? There are a few good games to choose from. I could buy Mototrstorm, Full Auto 2, Call of Duty 3, Heavenly Sword, Warhawk, or LAIR. Or i could just reserve a copy of The Simpsons Game or Folklore.I can't figure out which one i want to get, so maybe you guys can help me. Post which game you think i should get next.

Call of Duty 4, "M RATED!?"

We all know Call of Duty has gotten a sudden change from WW2 to Modern Warfare. And guess what, its rated M. This is pretty big to me, i don't know about you guys but to me it is. Its like they make such a change in everything about Call of Duty and apparently they changed the rating too. Hopefully i can still get this game, because it does look awesome!
