I've recently allocated my entire gaming equipment (TV, consoles, games... etc) into my bedroom and I couldn't be happier. As someone already mentioned it breaks you from the family's entertainment needs, they can watch whatever they want while I game to my heart's content. And I dunno about anyone else but my PC is also in my bedroom and I don't get distracted if I ever need to do any work on it. Take yesterday for example, I worked most of the day and didn't game at all. I suggest that if you can't fight the urge it's best you separate your workstation from your gaming/entertainment center.

On Disc 4, why is there only one dungeon? What takes up the majority of the disc? (But no spoilers please).

It was the development team's decision to make the 4th disc focus on events of one dungeon. You can still visit the world map and battle monsters on it, even find a certain something that you'd think wouldn't be accessible (because it's nowhere to be found once you reach that one dungeon). What you can't visit on Disc 4 are any villages or locations you've been to on the previous 3 discs, only walk around the world map. Don't worry about shops, by that point in the game everything will be accessible via your GFs (depending on your lvl'ing up routine). But the one thing you'll really want to do is collect as many cards via Triple Triad due to the fact that you can't play cards after Disc 3. There's a GF ability that turns certain cards into a huge stock of powerful items, a huge help. This is the only FF in which insane amounts of level grinding is necessary. What alleviates it is the fact that each level requires 1000 experience points to reach regardless.

Oh and he's not really seen during the entire game but that kid who narrates the cut-scenes in Ace Combat 4 should be on the list. His delivery was epic, and the ending was like.... OH SNAP!

As long as the voice acting isn't a disaster (ala Resident Evil, ToS 2) I don't pay attention.

as long as the female is hot and the male is an intresting character wz acrobatic moves, i dun care.

Ending's an epic "What The..." moment, eh? Read the plot analysis over @ the Gamefaqs forums of the game, it's the most disturbing SH plot ever.

Buying FFVIII back in 2000 thanks to the hype even though I had no clue how an RPG worked and it ended up becoming one of the best games in my gaming history. Have played every single Sony/Nintendo FF (minus CC) ever since.
