Saying a franchise has been worked ou after what, 2 or 3 games is a very brave statement. At least now he's working the way he wants, having to address only the consumers.
They just need to give me one big game. One real Mario or Metroid or F-Zero or anything like that. Zelda won't be on the Wii U for some time (Skyward Sword was released at the end of 2011) so anything big will do the trick
There certainly are developers that are unique. Take Suda 51 for example. Whether you like his games or not, you can tell when was made by him. With the game industry expansion we're seeing these days, with things like the Wii and mobile and social gaming, developers shall be taken more seriously and we're certainly going to see more uniqueness.
@Zackarias-313 You do realize that there is big difference between Mild Cartoon Violence and Intense Violence. From what you're saying a game like Zelda is the same as Resident Evil. If it were like that we aouldn't need a rating system.
