McDonalds getting an upgrade? Now thats something....

That is the new image Mcdonalds is going for. You know, they havent redone the inside of the place for years, but now they're trying to get with the 21st century. Oh and dont be surprised if the next Mcdonalds you drive up to looks like this:

It's a welcome change if ya ask me, especially with the addition of the whole wi-fi access for Nintendo DS partnership.

Still I cant imagine eating a Number 3 (Quarter-pounder, no pickles, no onions - thats how I like it!) here:

E3 DBZ Tenkaichi 2 and Super DBZ videos and preview

Though this is the PS2 version the game seems to be shaping up pretty good, and if it looks this good on the PS2, just imagine how its going to be for the Wii. Oh and dont mind some of the voices in the videos. Seems that some are just either placeholders or just...not in place yet lol.

In the preview they talk about the adventure mode, which sounds pretty good, since you actually can talk to people and explore places. Now only one question remains.... Do you buy it for PS2 or for Wii?

Oh yeah and Mecha Frieza from Super Dragon Ball Z:

Looks like someone got some upgrades....

Better SDBZ videos just released today.

I was taken aback by how rich the colors look lol. After watching the videos from the jp site, I thought the colors would be a bit washed out, but this game does look quite nice. I mean everything looks so...hand drawn (a good thing).

Bought advent children....wow.

    VS.

Man this is better than I thought it would be. Though I have to admit i'm a FF fanboy of sorts, even if you weren't you'd have to give Square-Enix its props for Advent Children. The graphics in the movie itself are amazing, and after seeing that FFVII PS3 tech demo, I know that we can look forward to FF games actually matching this graphical quality. Plus the FF battle remixes are damn good themselves. Especially the Jenova and One winged angel remixes.

"Wii" are the Revolution....? Nintendo finally chooses an official name for rev.

Well looks like we can all look forward to playing the Nintendo Wii. Thats right, they named it wii. When I read it, it didnt make much sense, but after seeing exactly what they were aiming for at the site, it makes sense. Either way I just want to play the damn thing!:D

Heh looks like Super Dragon Ball Z aka Chou Dragon Ball Z is going to be great

Came across some videos of Chou DBZ aka Super DBZ in North America, and it looks great. With part of the staff of the original Street fighter II at the helm of this game, no doubt its going to be fun. And the videos seem to prove that true, check em out:

Looks to me if you crossed Tekken, Street fighter, and Dragon Ball Z, you'd get this. Doesnt that sound like a recipe for success?8)

Its official DBZ is coming to the Revolution, Tenkaichi 2 that is!

http://revolution.ign.com/articles/702/702990p1.html

Thats going to have some crazy control styles thats for sure.Does sound like it could be fun though, hopefully with online mode. Probably going to hold off on the PS2 version for the Rev. version. Doing a kamehameha hand move with the controller sounds too good to pass up lol :D

Heres an excerpt from the article:

"Tenkaichi also boasts new new in-game transformations and puts the Revolution controller to full use. "Using the Nintendo Revolution controller, players will be able to mimic signature moves as they are performed in the Dragon Ball Z animated series, such as Goku's Kamehameha, moving both hands to executive this devastating energy attack," Atari stated.

Atari has the Revolution version of Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 set for a "holiday release." The
PS2 build is scheduled to ship this October and we fully expect the Nintendo version to arrive at the same time."

Naruto:Clash of the Ninja for Gamecube is good, Believe it!

Got a chance to play this game while checkin out some stuff in a local circuit city. Its actually pretty good. The graphics are nice, the music fits the theme of the game, and the controls arent too complicated. Plays like a real fighting game though. Might look into this later on. Plus theres a new DBZ game coming this july, actually created by the staff of the original Street Fighter II called Super Dragon Ball Z.

WTF at DSL performance again....

Seriously wtf, this is the third time my DSL performance has crapped out on me in the past 3 months (strangly this happens at the end of every month, and I got it in january). I mean this is really inexcusable. I can see problems happening every so often, but the same problem for 3 months in a row?! Gah! I mean getting pings of 1034ms on DSL when normally I get pings of 20-27ms is just insane! I hope they'll know exactly what to do to fix the problem without giving me alot of trouble since this is the same problem that happened the last two times.

SBC really needs to get their stuff together.

EDIT: Well its fixed again...for now....

EDIT#2: Well guess what, its busted again. Back to pings of 100-300ms. Techs says that they cant get to the bottom of the problem right away since we're under Extended Range DSL, which just so happens to be a new technology, just deployed in january. So I guess I can bear with them....but they should work out at least MOST of the bugs before releasing something to the public.
