Secondly, Architecture? Ha, don't make me laugh. Us engineers will crush you wimpy artsy architects, then the world will be a better place... and a lot less well designed.

Thirdly, nobody mocks the metric system in front of me, NOBODY! Embrace it's easy conversion between units!

Uh...architects learn quite a lot about engineering themselves...

I've heard about that as well. Although, I've also heard that the job demand is supposed to be on the rise here in the next few years. Yeah, I would do something like that if there was any company around here (besides the one I'm going to be working for) doing stuff like that. The only other major company that's into electronics enough to have engineers is Tyco Electronics and I hear they're laying people off just about every month, so it's a pretty obvious choice to not go and try to get anything from them.

Since I landed this job though, it's really taken a weight off my shoulders as to how I'm going to pay back the massive debt once I finish school. Sure, you can defer payments, but with the debt that college puts you in, the longer you wait, the worse.

Generally, when I go out to eat, I tip $5 if the bill is under $50 and $10 if it's over $50, which it rarely is. Also depends on the service though, if it's good service, I'll tip more, if not, I'll tip less.

There's a resuraunt in my town that makes it and it's a wrap straight out of heaven. 2 fried chicken tenders, bacon, swiss cheese and ranch. Seriously one of the greatest wraps I've ever eaten.
