Ok so i created an account on xbox.com successfully. And on the 360 i went to recover gamertag. And it said i needed to get "credentials" for my account b/c it was @hotmail.com and needed to be @live.com or something. Anyways I've been really frustrated with this and need help. I went to www. passport.net (thats what it said to do to fix this.) And went to sign-in and itsaid get "Credentials" with exsiting account address w/ @hotmail.com. I clicked that and typed in my email address and everything, pressed OK. and then it said the sever domain nameis already in use (my hotmail e-mail address) and it said use hotmail.com and live.com for example. Ok i have no idea what to do. If you joined xbox livevia account creation onxbox.comand used "@hotmail.com" tell me what to do. Please i really need help!
Do you just connect the internet wire, make surethe is connectionisgood, and thats ityouare connected to silver? Or do you have to go through a setup install where you give ms your credit card info and everthing. P.S. i just want Silver for now not Gold
