For the first time in my life I preordered some games.
I preordered a copy of the special edition ($70) of Halo 3, and Bioshock.
apart from that I'm probably going to order myself a dual-core finally, and with that I may switch my Bioshock preorder to PC, and try to squeeze out a UT3 preorder.

Yesterday I bought an almost Brand New Gibson Les Paul. That said, I am offically ready to ROCK!
It is awesome, beyond recognition.
So after owning my first car for 3 days, I've learned a few things.
1. Don't drive it when it's flash flooding.
2. Flash Flooding sucks.
3. Even if you're not expecting parts the few parts you need for it to cost you a lot of money, you'll probably still end up spending over $100.
4. Not having a passenger-side rear-view mirror takes a lot of getting used to.
So yeah, here's a picture, a slightly better one, at least.
Paint's peeling a little bit, but meh.
And capin, don't tell me to put, "D's" on it. I'm not even sure what "D's" are, and most definitely don't have the money for them.
So if anyone is still paying attention, I got the car. It's awesome, all 70's looking, and runs great. Has a bit of a timing issue, which can easily be fixed, and it needs a new headlight.
Other than that it's awesome, got it for $800. Rawk.
It's got kinda high miles (162k) But thats okay, it IS a 26 year old car, and it's only $950. Hopefully we can haggle it down to $900. It's been on craigslist for like almost 3 weeks now, so I think he may drop it that low.

Some of you may have heard about this game called Echoes from the guys on 1up yours this week.
If not, and you're a fan of Geometry Wars and/or asteroids, I highly recommend you check these guy's game Echoes out. It's pretty much exactly what you'd want if you mixed Geometry Wars and Asteroids.
It's got that vector-$tyle graphics like, omni-directional shooting and super tight controls like in Geometry wars, but all the enemies are like in asteroids. They break up into smaller pieces when you shoot them, and don't have a set movement like in geometry wars.
Word of the wise though, it'll be REALLY hard to play with a mouse, or keyboard. I highly recommend you use a gamepad. I play using my 360 controller and it plays pretty much exactly like geometry wars does, infact, I'd even say it controls tighter than geometry wars does.
(Note: supposed to be blurr'd thats an you can turn on and off in the game)
The team's other games shouldn't be over looked either. Duo is a very addictive and challenging arcade-based shooter, and Duotris is a puzzle game thats just as challenging and addicting as Duo
The best part, all of these games are free. They don't have recommended or minimum system requirements, all you need is a DirectX 9.0b, so pretty much all computers should be able to play these games. If it's not running well, theres multiple graphics settings that you can tamper with.
I want to know why nobody informed me that JoJo's bizarre adventure is by far the greatest fighting game in the history of forever.
Someone please tell me of any other game that lets you crush the other opponent (Which could be a dog (BAD ASS!) or eagle) with a STEAMROLLER, which you then you brutally punch. To top it all off you're doing it as a guy named Dio.
That is the most awesome thing in the history of video games.
Seriously, why didn't anyone tell me this game was this bad ass?
In a short 9 hour period after posting my first video, I passed Max 300 on Heavy using the guitar hero cotnroller... But the method I did it with may be considered, "Cheap" or "Cheating" by some.
But to them I say, "NUH UH" obviously it wasn't THAT easy when I can get a better score on the song on pad.
