I doubt it will get praised for atmostpehere. Allready I hear people saying Guerrilla is trying to imitate GOW, Halo or other Xbox game atmostpehere and this is so not true, Killzone has its own unique style and the best lighting effects in any console game I've ever seen, but who cares all they say about Killzone it looks promising. Why do devs even bother with making game engines, if all they have to do is get Unreal 3 and there you have it a high graphics score in reviews.
hey slick maybe you're right I was a bit harsh on Bioshock and yes I was refering to games in general not just X360. Graphics are o.k but it's on Unreal 3 what do you expect, GOW was way better, in terms of graphics, when it came out. About atmosphere for me it has something to do with general plot of the game, which I don't like, for me it's kind of stupid. O.K I admit it I'm being subjective but Killzone(and this game is far from ready) has a nice atmostpehere but I'm sure it'll get criticized for it when it comes out, but if it was a Microsoft game...
yeah PS3 games usually get a lower score, even if the only bad thing about PS3 version is a little bit of graphics. Reviewers don't care if we get extra content for free on PS3 versions, cuz' most of them get games from publishers, they don't have to pay so money is rarely their concern and Stephenxs most of sites favor X360, don't get me wrong I respect X360 but starting this fall PS3 is a console to buy. Unless you're a die hard Halo fan.
Oh, o.k, now I want to talk about BioShock, I don't know what others find in this game, I mean what's the catch I've seen games with better atmosphere, graphics and art style but IGN gave X360 version 9.7 this is the same score they gave to Half-Life 2(one of the greatest games of all time) and I'm quite sure PC version will get a lower score even if it will run at higher resolution and like, million fps. At times like this I think, game reviewers are a part of Microsofts marketing campaign, what do you think?

hey slick, hey reeco, hey sworder, how you all been? Madden is very nice at least X360 version, but I'm not what you would call a football fan(I like soccer though) Madden is fun and that's all that matters. As for PS3 games they are just remarkable X360 got nothing on them. Heavenly Sword and Lair demonstrate how the games should be made. Heavenly Sword, I'm falling in love, this game has everything I ever wnted in a game. Lair, graphics absolutely astonishing, flying dragons with sixaxis, dreams do come true. Warhawk ultimate multiplayer game.
I think 720p 60fps would be very nice and IGN got "a preview build of Ninja Theory's greatly anticipated title: Heavenly Sword" and Ryan Clements the guy who reviewed it didn't say anything about fps issues, so I guess the final build will be o.k
right on slick, all of those games look better than most of X360 games. Lair is just too good but this graphics detail costs 30fps loss, even for CellBE-RSX duo, I guess Xenon-Xenos will never be able to run this kind of games.
