I've played the demo on both systems. It's not really about content that is different, from what I can tell. It just looks a slight bit better on the PS3 and the framerate is absolutely solid (60fps). If one can't tell the difference graphically between the two systems, the framerate difference is apparent. It's a bit laggy on the 360.

Only if you recompile them for the cell. Also, my boyfriend says you can't access the graphics hardware from linux, so you have to draw directly to the screen. (framebuffer he says).
