Silverstone RV-02

edit:The DF-85 is a great ariflow case if you dont mind noise, The haf X is huge and also a good case, the df-85 has better airflow though. The phantom is also a good airflow case and cheaper then the others if you dont mind plastic, i heard you need to add a few fans for it to reach its true potential thought.

what about this

  • Intel Core i5-2500 3.3GHz CPU
  • Thermaltake CPU Fan For SKT.1156 Core I5
  • Gigabyte MB GA-P67A-UD3B3
  • 2xAdata DDR3 2000MHz Memory
  • 2xAsus GTS450 Video Card
  • Onboard Audio
  • 2xSeagate 1TB 3GB 32MB HD
  • LG 22X DVD RW + - Dual Layer
  • Onboard Network Adapter
  • Cooler Master 690II Case
  • Thermaltake 600W PSU

Tx-1000

dont get 2000mhz ram, your board doesnt support it, stick with 1600 sticks. also get a i5 2500K verison if you want to overclock (assuming thats why you're buying a aftermarket cooler) also get a hyper 212+ instead of that thermaltake one.

I dunno, i wouldnt trust a diablotek psu. Their psus are generally low quality or are overrated wattages.

ionusX

^^ I may be shot for this but pc power and cooling has usually the best quality PSU's if you want a good one to last. More expensive, but in my opinion worth it.

pc power & cooling dont exist anymore.. they havent been in buisness for a while now. they were aquired by OCZ

Pc power & cooling are still around, owned by ocz, but they still sell psus under their name.

Those parts are meant for replacements, I havent heard of anyone building a laptop from scratch with spare parts, since its alot of work. You have no gurantee they have all the parts you actually need too.

every time the price drop a better one come out, i was going to buy the intel X-25 then the 510 series came out, when i was thinking about buying 510, the vertex 3 came out, i think intel has one more to bringout before the year is over,

JohnF111

That's pretty much the only way things can work in the consumer world.

Someone should tell intel that >.>, they have the most idiotic cpu pricings sometimes.

A power supply doesnt work that way, it only supplies how much your computer needs. So your case light broke for some others reasons.

O no, I am not talking about those closed circuit kits.

http://www.frozencpu.com/products/11743/ex-wat-159/XSPC_Rasa_750_RS240_Universal_CPU_Water_Cooling_Kit_-HOT.html?tl=c83s137b49

A perfectly good starting kit for cooling the cpu which can be later added to for perhaps gpu or etc.
