as far as games, there were a lot of good games released PERIOD. not just for 360, but across all platforms. 3 of the games you mentioned can be played elsewhere.

Who cares about the Wii ? It's just... THERE,selling to PHANTOM CONSUMERS because the software sales for the Wii don't reflect any interest in the platform beyond Wii Sports at all.

doesn't matter, its still on top, and still selling out everywhere. I'm not a Wii supporter either(I still say its a repackaged gamecube with motion controls), but facts are facts. The software sales are not keeping the system from selling. Install base is what determines the winner of a generation, not software sales.

It does matter when software salse in the top ten consist only of WarioWare and Wii's are just left lying around the Casuals house collecting dust.

I don't but its good to see a new ip from made by square enix for the ps3 :D, hope its as good as final fantasy or even better :Dfistoflight

This isn't a NEW IP, it's actually VERY OLD, ancient by video game standards, I think it was on the Mega Drive/Genesis.

It would be nice if SE COULD come up with a new IP, it feels like they havent in about 10 years and instead just continuously milk old franchises, similar to what Nintendo do with Mario.

How does FF THIRTEEN look interesting ? Nothing has been said about the game, only a few months ago they said they were 30% complete, all visuals have been pre-rendered - and even those look like the usual affair.

If anything you've been roped into the FFXIII fanboy hype, and they don't even know what theyre hyping,which is funny for a game that doesnt even have a storyline yet.

reminds me of how people were hyping Halo3 the day X360 was announced. Why did they hype it? because bungie has a good track record. same goes here for every other game, including Final Fantasy games.

Halo 3 was the continuation and conclusion of an obviously popular franchise.

All Final Fantasy games lack any general cohesion (even though there are thirteen of them) and are stand-alone games with nothing in common with one another apart from the ladyboy link.

I am trying to figure out how the criticisms of Uncharted merit a score of 8.0.

Also, anyone who thinks M.E. is an RPG is delusional. It's a third person action game with RPG elements. STALKER is kind of similar in that way except it's an FPS.

I've been playing it for almost a week, it'd definately an RPG, stop being ridiculous.
