Most people just hate Phil spencer because they hate microsoft, yet the lot loved Jack tretton who only smiled and was most active during press conferences. I'd say Phil is the nicer guy, but then that's just my own opinion.

MS has come a long way from their Horrible launch, there's no pride in continuously trying to improve, regardless if you're in first or second place.
