I'm going to second and third what is above. The Witcher, Fallout 3 or Mass Effect are all good choices.

If you can run Crysis you will be able to run Diablo 3. Blizzard has yet to release system requirements for D3, but considering they like to sell a lot of copies of their games, I don't think they will be too high.

The one you like the most. Dune II is still my personal fave.
