And you look like a real genius, I can post picture too and stop arguing, you are making a paradox.RedgarlYou can post picture? Well, just go ahead and knock me over with that feather, my good boy.

Well, I'd definitely say that Lateralus is in the top 100, and perhaps the top 50.
In any event, The Beatles, Darkside of the Moon, Zeppelins 1, 2, and 4, Chuck Berry Is on Top, Blonde on Blonde, "Female Dog's" Brew, and all sorts of other albums deserve spots before Tool, as great of a band as they are.
PS...you said it's NOT the governments job to protect you from boo boos. Changed your mind.:lol:LJS9502_basicDrunk driving accidents = Boo-boos?
[QUOTE="Blandassname"]Oh lord. You're talking about "Beyond that, the government's only role is to protect life, liberty, and property, not to protect you from boo-boos and theirresponsibility of your family and friends." aren't you? Oh Christ, are you serious? Do I really have to explain how a sentence works?LJS9502_basic
You don't have to explain anything...you contradicted yourself with two posts...not one.;)
*Facepalms again*Subject = the government's only role. ---> protecting natural rights. Insert negation. --->
Protection from irresponsibility and boo-boos != the role of the government = protection of natural rights :. it is a solid statement. You lose. Learn to troll.
Stems from the idea "The right to swing your fists ends where my face begins".Yes, precisely. Drunk driving is a danger to life (self-explanatory), liberty (freedom of motion, for starters), and property (vehicles). Drinking is a danger to the life (self-explanatory), liberty (freedom of controlled motion, for starters), and property (the right to have a piss-free carpet) of the one that drinks to excess.Driving drunk is illegal because alcohol severely inhibits the ability to drive and openly threatens other people's lives. Simply drinking does not.Donkey_Puncher
That's not the part...keep reading.LJS9502_basicOh lord. Guess you should have read what you wrote then....LJS9502_basic*Facepalms*
Drinking is legal because it probably won't infringe upon natural rights.
Drunk driving is illegal because it is dangerously likely to infringe upon natural rights.
O contradiction, where art thou?
Too long; didn't read.LJS9502_basicThey contradict each other how? Drunk driving legislation doesn't even affect or apply to drinking. Driving is legislated, very justly, because it is an otherwise "safe" action that becomes dangerous (to life, liberty, and property) when alcohol is involved. How is there a contradiction here?
