Did I miss something? Can`t anyone make a pastebin document and post it where they want? This document is nothing but the document already leaked on VGleaks, with some random BS added.

I really can`t see how always online will benefit MS. 90% hates it, and will probably buy a PS4 instead.

It's going to be always online for single player content too, I have reliable sources. Used game thing is bull though, neither 720 or PS4 will force it.APiranhaAteMyVa

Yeah, Bill Gates probably?

I really don`t see why the lack of true BC is such a big issue. The Xbox 360 will always be there. If it`s such a big deal, just ducktape your 360 to your 720. OMG, but then I have to switch between HDMI 1 and 2.

Deal with it!

These are good news, and sounds legit as well. If true, MS offers hardware based BC. Sony only offers stream based emulation, and that sucks IMO. Sony confirmed that the PS4 won`t require always online and won`t block used games. Soon Microsoft will confirm the same thing. Now STFU.

And why on earth doesnt gaming sites like IGN, Gamespot, Eurogamer and on, publish positive news like this? They all like to publish crap about consoles.

Why the heck is BC so important? It`s not like your Xbox 360 will self destruct at any point. I will simply place my Xbox 720 right next to my Xbox 360. If I want to play a Xbox 360, all I do is switch from HDMI 1 to HDMI 2.

And yeah, these rumours makes sense. I understand that its impossible for MS to deny always online when the "Xbox mini" is online.

It looks like the whole thing might be a big misunderstanding due to another device. I wanted to post this in system wars, but my level isnt high enough. Can someone else do it?

I wonder why news sites like Gamespot and IGN don`t want to post on any positive news, but only the bad?

This article makes sense. It look like everything will be very simular to the PS4, but MS have their way of doing it.

I see that gamers that the always online idea for many different reasons. Most gamers hate it because they have bad internet, or simply just hate the fact having to be connected all the time, but there is almost no discussion about what always online will do to your games in the future.

The fact is that always online is a rental service. When you buy a game, only you can play it. You can`t sell it to someone else, you can`t give it to a friend, and you can only play it for as long Microsoft keeps the servers online. It`s like Sim City and Diablo. Do anyone here still play Dreamcast, Genesis, Master System, PS1, PS2 and so on? Well you can, because you own the consoles and every game for your system. Would you be able to play these games if they required always online back in the days? Probably not. There would be no reason for them to keep these servers running today. And if the servers still were running, they would probably die one day anyway. My point is, your game and consoles would become a brick. It`s lite the worlds most expensive Nexflix.

So if these rumours turns out to be true and you support the next Xbox, you are also supporting gaming becoming a renting service. One day your console and every game you bought for it will die.

This is a big issue for me. In Norway I have to pay $100 for each game, and thats ok. I can do what I want with my games for as long as I want. Im not going to pay between $60-100 to rent games.

Would you?
