Also, it's hilarious to call PDZ bad when it scored higher here than the other games on Gamespot and a little higher than Kameo and Banjo on metacritic, It's like everyone uses their opinion on that game. I know using your own opinion is good, but critic review wise, it's not THAT bad, just not that great either.

BurtFerguson

Doesnt stop this board... no most of the Gaming industry at large from calling PDZ a horrendous abomination... what are you so shocked about?

How is it that the Gaming Industry believes PDZ is a horrendous abomination when those same critics rated the game an 81% overall according to Gamerankings? You are greatly over exaggerating things.

[QUOTE="mitu123"][QUOTE="BurtFerguson"]Hide behind Gamespot when we all know PDZ is a piece of crap and the original was Godly and one of the greatest games ever created.

BurtFerguson

System Wars only uses Gamespot scores, and while it was inferior to the original, in which I love, it was ok for a launch game.

Still hiding behing gamespot. PDZ was a steaming pile.

LOL it wasn't that bad. I mean heck Gamerankings has it at 81% overall thats hardly a steaming pile as you put it.

Seriously, how much do you think it adds on to the cost of a console? It cant be more than $5-10. Just because Microsoft sells adapters for $99, doesnt mean you are saving that much in costs when its not included. Wifi is cheap. Everything has it nowadays except the 360.

Mr_Ditters

Well I don't know how much it would cost, but its still money spent on something some people may never use.

Even the DS has wifi. There are enough people that need wifi to justify including it. Its not as though MS didnt included it to save people money who didnt need it. It was so they could milk the ones who need it for their money. Thats MS's whole MO.

Yeah maybe MS does do that I dont really know. Its just that it goes both ways in a way. Either you include it and maybe you force people to pay for something they don't need or you don't include it and people who actually need it have to pay extra for it later down the road.I guess I just like having the choice.

Well I can certainly understand how having to buy a wifi-adapter seperate would be lame for people who actually need it. But for people who don't need wifi like meare glad they aren't forced to pay extra when buying the console for something they are never going to use.

I can respect your other complaints, but why would a super hero who can ride power lines, train rails, and scale buildings/jump roof to roof need to drive a car?

Generalmojo

Yeah I know and all that stuff is awesome, itsjust I guess I think it would be fun just to drive around sometimes

just jump ontop of the car.

YeahI know you can do that but its not quite the same. But anyway its just a minor complaint I had. I'll get over it I'm sure.

Just tryed the demo and its a pretty fun game. I got a coupleof somewhat minor complaints though.

A. Why can't you drive cars?

B. I don't like that blurring effect they use for buildings and such off in the distance, it just looks ugly imo, although I guess maybe thats just a demo thing that will be fixed in the retail version.

C. Although it really wouldn't of made much narritive sense in terms of the story a online co-op mode would have been awesome.

Other than that though its lookin to be another great game.

dantesergei

Please ...... can't you think a little before you post online co op mode ??? drive cars ??? you are ******* joking right ?

I don't see whats wrong with wanting a co-op mode. It would be a lot of fun to do missions online with a friend or just mess around kinda like you could in Crackdown. And as far driving cars again I dont see whats wrong with that either. Sure you can do all that cool superhero stuff and thats great no doubt but I dunno sometimes driving a car around can be fun too. Or maybe thats just me.
