Yeah, I'm definitely looking forward to some SOCOM. I just hope its more like the first 2 as the last few have been a bit disappointing.

Yes, lemms seem to fail to realize when they hype gears2 with hostage use its laughable as that is a YEARS old MGS feature.:)killzowned24
So whats your point? Pretty much every game company does this with their games. I mean even the MGS series has elements seen from other games and its really not that big a deal either. If a new gameplay innovation comes around of course others are gonna want to capitalize on it by implementing it into their games while hopefully improving it in the process until the point where theres nothing left to add. Then the next inovation comes out and the cycle happens all over again and ideally the games should become better because of it. Thats just business.

Looks great but I'm still debating on whether I should get this one first or Infinite Undiscovery. Such a hard decision as I want them both a lot but only got the cash for one.

Yeah GW2 is great. I was a big fan of the first GW and this one just blows it away. All the new game modes are a lot of fun and bring their own challenges. Also the multiplayer is pretty neat, though its only local play. Xbox Live play would have rocked. Perhaps GW3 will have it? Anyway, fantastic game. Its definitely one of the best if not the best downloadable games I've played yet.

Well for me if I were to rate my personal enjoyment of each games story I'd put it like this. MGS3 > MGS1 > MGS4(only slightly behind MGS1) > MGS2

I gotta say I'm really enjoying it(got ps3 version for those curious). Gameplay=great, graphics=great, character selection=great. I mean really the only negative thing I can think of that I've noticed so far is the lack of any real detailed stat tracking. You know things like total play time for each character, win/loss ratio for each character. Hell there doesn't even seem to be an actual leaderboard for Arcade mode listing each character you've beatin it with and in how much time. Now I don't know about you guys but I really like having those kinda stats being tracked. It seems like such a simple thing to add too so the fact that its not present in SC4 (unless I'm missing something and I hope that I am) has me a bit disapointed. But yeah, other than that great game.

Meh. Could have been worse. For instance, if they had cut off all but the middle finger.

Yeah it kinda is a silly name but who knows maybe after playing the game and having finished the story it will have some kinda meaning. Don't judge a book - or in this case a game - by its cover as they say.

I don't really see why SE would regret going multiplatform as you say. They are gonna get more sales now thus more money for them.
