Thanks for your opinion TC. I however somewhat disagree as I feel each next-gen console has a great reason to own them. Thats why I am currently enjoying them all and will continue to do so.

lol even if you like racing games, halo will still be bought by all the hype is that amazing, if a guy that like racing games goes into the store and sees halo 3 and pgr4, he is gonna choose halo 3 easily the hype is undniable.
Not true at all. I gonna be buying PGR4 over Halo 3 without question.

GOD! I have just bought halo 3 and was really happy! I poped inn the disc and was going to start the campain... and this message comes up!

1. clean he disc with a soft cloth 2. restart the console.

I was at the store when it opend..just got realeased 1 hour ago here inn norway!!! if you guys have any advise give it too me! the disc has no marks no scratches on it plz help me!!!metallica_one
Do other games still work? If yes, its probably just a faulty disk. Try to trade it in for another one at the store you bought it from.
There is only one reason I can think of apart from the obvious with friendlists etc, and that is if you lose all your profile on your 360, you can recover your profile from XBL where everything is stored.
I lost all my data once, something corrupted my hardrive. I entered my account details along with my password and after 20minutes downloading everything was back. I think my sub fee more than made up for the anguish I would have felt if I'd lost everything, even my save games were back.
