[QUOTE="redneckdouglas"]

Does PS3 and PC get seperate servers?

Tauu

People on all platforms will be able to play together. I think that's why SE is having trouble with getting this game on the 360.

I doubt thats a problem at all.They already had PC, PS2 and Xbox 360 users all on the same servers with FFXI so I'm sure they could do the same with FFXIV if they decided to release it on the Xbox 360.

Hey I got a question for anyone out there with the game that play on an SDTV. I've been reading around that FFXIII suffers from some fairly noticable screen tearing when playing the game on a SDTV. So far I've only seen people with the PS3 version say this is the case although I wouldn't be suprised if the Xbox 360 version has the problem also. So can anyone out there confirm for me that this happens with both versions? If it does I'll just go with the PS3 version like I was originally but if the Xbox 360 version has no screen tearing I'll probably go with that cause I find screen tearing to be very annoying. Thanks.

Haven't played FFXIII yet but surely it can't be worse than FFXII. I didn't like that one at all.

I haven't decided just quite yet and I'll probably wait for some reviews to come in before I do. I mean pretty much the only thing I care about is if the gameplay turns out to be identical on both platforms. Higher quality videos and sound don't really concern me much as I play on an SDTV so I won't be seeing the difference andswitching discs has never been a problem for me. So I guess if the gameplay turns out the same on both platforms I'll get it for the Xbox 360 simply cause I got some good Xbox Live friends who will be getting it and it will be fun to party chat with them about the game and see who beats it first lol.

Thats good to hear. This is definitely one of those games I'd like to try before I decide on buying it.

As others have already pointed out I think its possible if FFXIII sells well enough on the Xbox 360 Square-Enix would likely consider it. I mean if FFXIII sells well on the Xbox 360 it would be pretty safe to assume FFVXIII would sell well also and Square-Enix is in this business to make money, so if they just sat and ignored a group of their fanbase that would not be a good business decision for them. So I guess we will see.

Face it.... Splinter Cell was never that big of a game. It was always a forgotten title (Last gen, over shadowed by MGS, Halo, and many more). Now that the 360 barely have any great exclusives, they try to over hype the game as if it can win an award. . . Why? Because it's the closest thing they'll ever get to Nathan Drake & Solid Snake. . . . None of them will even buy the game. they just over hype it to add "One more" Exclusive title to the short 360 AAA Exclusive list. . . Because every single Exclusive counts, in a hard time like this for the 360559ps31

SC:C is not exclusive as far as I remember as I'm pretty sure its coming out for PC same time as the Xbox 360 version and theres a good chance it will come out for PS3 sometime down the line. Anyway, I've always found the SC series to be very enjoyable so I for one can't wait for SC:C to come out.
