whatever man, I know what Biology is and I know what Psychology is.
regardless of how many more classes you need they are different
Accounting majors and finace majors have only a few different classes, but correlation does not mean causation.

[QUOTE="CBScott"][QUOTE="Dr_DudeMan"][QUOTE="ELJUDEZ"]Good parents.Dr_DudeManOver parenting is as bad as underparenting. Take it from the bio major. Nature v. Nurture. He will lash out in college and become a f*** up if they dont give him a life now. What does Biology have anything to do with understanding parenting. I could understand Psychology but not Biology. See that is where your statement conflicts with itself. Biology and Psychology overlap to such an extreme degree that I could go get another degree just by taking 3 more psych classes. So I have taken a ton of psych and everyone knows that psych is the poor mans bio. All the people that cant handle all the orgo and what not that comes with bio jump ship and go to psych so that all of ther bio wouldnt have been taken in vain.

And no, you could not take only 3 PSYC classes and get both a bio and psyc degree, you need roughly 120 credits per.
his parents aren't unreasonable or inexperienced.
first of all, you don't know the reasons that they do this, so you don't know if it's unreasonable.
and how much experience do you have, have you done studies or surveys?
what makes you an expert? who are you to tell somebody how to raise the kid?
been playing games since 11 and im normal or i haven't killed anyone... its sad that people actually think that rated M games will make a young kid go crazy. they just get mad cause the kid just owned them on gears of war thoughsmiley17Oi think it all matters how the child interperates what he/she is viewing. no studies have proven that video games make kids go crazy, instead they become lazy and dependant on games, unable or unwilling to put the sticks down.
plus gears of war is overrated and isn't that great, but i will destroy any "kids" in halo, or simulation racing game

so he told me he was in 8th grade after I told him to get a job and all that stuff.
I just elaborated on the points i made earlier after his reply.
it's hard to stop when you're on a roll.
If he can pay for it with his own money, why doesn't he just get one? I mean... unless they're completely nuts or he's a complete pushover it's not like they can take it away from him. There comes a time when you realize that your parents don't rule your life, and if you want something you should go out and buy it. I got a job, and I bought all of my electronics.The_Fell_OneHe can buy his own 360, yes. But who owns the house he plays it in, who pays the bills. when he's 18 he can move out and do whatever he wants
[QUOTE="CBScott"]he said he was 14, not that he was in 8th grade, but I don't care about your opinions, no matter how valid they appear, nor do i care what you think you read.Impex
