There will probably be some games like Milo or other Natal things that will be exclusive to it but it will also be added as a feature in some games. Like maybe some voice and speech recognition in Fable 3 so you can talk to other characters instead of just using text options or they will be able to read your expression.
Don't be too disapointed... Less glitchy, more solid game > Early game.

I would hope everyone learned their lesson from that. I didn't play the first Bioshock but I want to catch up so I can get my hands on this game and know what's going on. We gotta consider too that they're adding multiplayer to it so they probably have some server issues to iron out still and some other polish work to be done.

I agree with this and that's my major concern. Not only has stuff broken on me, but when I worked at a video game retailer, we had tons of their stuff come back broken. It's pretty shoddy quality in my opinion. The stuff definitely looks cool, but I don't trust it to not crap out on me mid game.

I don't know. They usually reserve that for the titles that they expect to get huge numbers (Halo series, Grand Theft Auto series, Madden series). I just don't think Final Fantasy, as huge of a series as it is, or the RPG genre really draws that kind of attention that would make stores stay open late and pay their employees even later. Just a guess though. What are you talking about? THE FINAL FANTASY FRANCHISE IS THE BEST, AND IM SURE IT WILL BE, (IF IT ISN'T ALREADY), THE HIGHEST ANTICIPATED RPG EVER! I don't recall 12 having a midnight release and I worked at a game store when it came out. The franchise as a whole just doesn't garner the kind of support that a game retailer is looking for to again, spend extra money to pay bills and employees necessary to keep a store open later.

Why are we so sure it's pistols. Can I have dual MP5's? Only then will I think that it's worth it. Otherwise it's just lame. It just doesn't seem very Call of Duty like to me.Mau-Justice
They showed it with dual deagles at the GameCrazy managers event in Vegas. If it's MP5's that would be incredibly stupid. I'm not saying the game is realistic, but there are lines that shouldnt' be crossed like @Palantas has been saying and while there is a video in this thread of a guy dual wielding machine guns standing there, he can barely stand up and that's not at all practical for a war time experience that they're trying to simulate to an extent in Modern Warfare. And the reasoning "you can do it in real life so why not in the game" doesn't hold up because you can do a lot of things in real life that you can't do in the game and a lot of things in the game that as of right now they can't do to the same extent in real life.

As for what's new in Alpha Protocol, I can't say that there is anything beside the choice to do things your way. But other than that I don't see much that's really that innovative or different. It kind of reminded me of a Hitman game with a little more leniency.
