It's been long enough since my last blog. I figured I would make a new one to update you guys on recent events.

If any of guys even remember, I was going to make some top 10 Beatles songs, but i JUST decided TODAY that i'm not going to do it. It was just too hard for me. My brain hurts from trying to get the songs in order and it's honestly too much to think about, considering what's been happening recently. And thinking about it all gives me a headache. anyway, moving on...

I had the best Halloween EVER this year! I went to not one, but TWO Halloween parties. Both were a lot of fun! Went trick-or-treating, played Twister, and Truth or Dare. Truth or Dare didn't work out that well though XD we kept making dares no one wanted to do. but anyway, i'm not gonna try to get into any more details, but I'm just saying that it was the best halloween I ever had! Oh! And I was Ringo Starr for halloween! :P

Recently, I've been pleying most of my Gamecube games again, plus Paper Mario on the Virtual Console. I wanted to get back into some of them, because they are so fun! I missed playing all of them. I'm glad i'm playing some of them again.

Okay, right now, I honestly feel really crappy. One guy from my school told me so many things about me that are not true at all. I won't waste my time telling everyone what he said. He annoys me so much, and I keep hearing rumors about him practically EVERY weekend from friends. and I believe them. because it makes sense he would do such things that they talk about. but whatever. he was a waste of my time anyway. I hate him for the things he's done to himself and me. I better stop there before I get carried away with this.

Sorry that i had end the blog on such a bad note, but I gotta get to bed.

Car Wash

First off, the car wash. it was a LOT more fun than last year! plus, we raised over $9000 with over 100 cars coming to get their car clean. That's wild! We even got to clean a school bus! That's right! A school bus! We even got to clean a motorcycle, a corvette, and some other car I forgot the name of :P anyway, it was awesome! Tons of fun!

Uninspected Event

The same day of the car wash, I went to the mall with some friends. We were just standing around at one point and a group of other kids passed by. but then they stopped in front of us and asked if i was a guy named Jake from Temple School. I didn't go there and I'm certainly not named Jake so i said no, but they kept saying that i WAS Jake and I kept saying no! Then, the girls of the group asked me to be in a picture with them... with the girls kissing me on the cheek! I was like, "What!? Really?" So I did it. I gotta say I wasn't expecting this at all. I practically froze when they kept saying I was Jake. i could have argued that Temple is far away from where I live but I didn't know what else to say but "no." Anyway, all I can say is, I was happy for the rest of the night. haha! :P

New Buys

ALSO at the same day and same mall, I got 1600 points for Xbox Live. With that, I got Shadow Complex and "All You Need Is Love" by The Beatles for Beatles Rock Band. I'm happy with the purchases. Shadow Complex is really fun. it reminds of a 2d Metroid game (pretty obvious too). It makes me want to play Super Metroid or one of the GBA Metroids. I beat it once and I might play it again sometime to try and get those achievements.

At the same mall, there is a movie theatre on the upper floor. we went to go see "9." The trailer looked awesome and I really wanted to see it so I got a chance to. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed. The story was very interesting though. It was something I haven't seen in a movie before. The action was also quite good. I was expecting a little moreof it though. What kind of ruined it was... just... well, i'm not sure if I should say it and I don't know how you do that spoilers things so... i'll move on. The ending could have been better too.

I thought that since I've been playing Beatles Rock Band so much recently that I thought I would make some other type of blog Beatles related. I will be making 2. One for my favorite songs from the Beatles that I have and another one on the songs that I don't have. There's plenty of both but it will be very hard to narrow down. There are so many good Beatles songs it's hard to choose 10 favorites, maybe even 20. But I will pull through and tell you guys whatmy favorites are. I might also make a review for The Beatles Rock Band while I'm at it.

i've been playing beatles rock band anytime I've had free time :lol: okay, maybe it isn't such a secret since it is kinda obvious. Anyway, Here are my thoughts on the game.

It's pretty awesome! The game is what I expected. the graphics look amazing, most of the songs are fun to play, and it doesn't get tiring listening and playing the music. Sure there are only 45 songs, but they had most of my favorite songs on it already. I plan on getting more from DLC this weekend.

A few minutes ago i just exceeded a4000 gamerscore.

School has been going all right. Nothing special going on at the moment.

Although, I do have a band car wash for my school's band tomorrow. That will be tons of fun! I'll tell you about it sometime after.

I also plan on getting Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story this weekend. I can't wait to get it! :D

Beatles Rock Band comes ou tomorrow! :D My mom is going to take me to get it after school tomorrow and get our special edition. I can't wait! :D

BUT, I do have a dentist appointment at 4pm tomorrow to get cavities filled :( my mouth is gonna be numb while playing beatles rock band :lol: or doing homework. whatever comes first :P

Here Comes the Sun

You may be wondering, "Why would you have first impressions on beatles rock band when it's not out yet?" Well, turns out I got a chance to play the demo at Gamestop! :D

A lot of people think the game is going to be too easy, but if you were at my skill level, the game actually has some challenging rhythms in it. Of course I'm only talking about the guitar since that's the only instrument I played while playing the demo. Anyway, the songs that were on there were "Yellow Submarine", "Here Comes the Sun", "I Feel Fine", and 2 others but I forgot the name of them. These aren't songs that you can Full Combo the first time (except maybe "Yellow Submarine"), they aren't really all that easy. You just have to get used to the rhythm.

The graphics look amazing for the game. They're bright and colorful and clear as day. I can't wait to see more when I get the game.

I also got a new Xbox 360 cable, so now I can play on any TV! :) And I got the TV I used for gaming back and the prong thatw as stuck is gone! :o Now I can play my Xbox 360 and Wii on that TV again! :D. But I would have to move everything upstairs so I can play beatles rock band with more space. I dont think I want to spend $100 on a wireless adaptor so that I have online wirelessly. It's just too much for me.

We got a pretty awesome idea for the saxophone section shirts. It's going to be based on the movie "300" like I said last blog I believe. We were thinking of having the guy that says "This. Is. SPARTA!" hold a saxophone while kicking the other guy into the pit. Then have the "300" logo at the top and the back will have Saxophones on the top and all of our names as well. oh, and also blood splats all around the shirts. Doesn't that seem cool? I think so. Only problem is that we are not masters of art XD It will be hard to make.

Hey guys! I just wanted to tell you how AWESOME of a birthday I had today!

Very early in the morning, like 6:45am I walk into the band hall with a few people saying happy birthday to me and i get peanut butter cookies made from 2 of my friends. Then, at lunch, I got even MORE cookies plus a Beatles shirt from another friend.

After school, the saxophone section all went to Braum's that was across the street from my schoolto get some ice cream and other food. We didn't have much time to stay in there, because someone's mom was going to bring cheesecake for me. Yes, a friend made me a whole cheesecake just for me. Before I took a bite from the cheesecake, I got 2 cards from all of my friends. And a lot of people signed the card, including 2 of my teachers! So everybody sang happy birthday and took a bite of the cheesecake while everyone cheered for me. That just felt awesome being cheered bymy friends :)

After that business, we started to work on our saxophone poster like we're supposed to. It took a long time because everybody kept screaming every second, but we got an idea down and finished. I must say it looks really cool. If any of you saw the movie "300", we based our poster on that because of how there is so many saxophones in the band this year. It says "300 Saxophones" and weput our hand prints around it. It looks so cool.

Once we finished that, we talked for a little bit before going home and there were pretty interesting topics that we touched on. I'm not gonna say them though :P

When I got home, I had my favorite dinner. Spaghetti! :) and guess what was for dessert... cheesecake! Haha! So I had that then opened my present. That's right just one. But you know what it was? Beatles Rock Band Pre-ordered! They gave me a piece of paper that had some of the songs that would be in the game and the box art for the game. I can't wait to get it! :)

So that was my freaking awesome birthday! It's surely been one of the best birthdays I've ever had!

P.S. I turned 16.

Here's just a couple of things I did this weekend.

Friday after school, didn't do much. Just talked to friends via text and facebook

Saturday, my school was hosting this health care thing where you can get immunizations, physicals, and other things taken care of for free. I volunteered to help so I had to hand out maps and bags at the front entrance of the school. When I wasn't doing that, my friend and I hung out in the gym. My favorite moment of the weekend would be when a parent wanted me to be in a picture with the Vikettes(they're girls that dance during half-time in football games) XD Haha! Geez! I'm really hitting it off with girls this year aren't I? :P I got in 2 pictures with them and my friend only got in one with them. Haha! Anyway, I thought that was pretty awesome. my friend and I also played basketball a little and that was it for that event.

Also on Saturday I went to church and then to Patrizio (i think that's how you spell it). I never been there before but they were pretty good. They got the food ready really fast! :o

Today, I mowed the backyard lawn, practiced some driving with my dad, and went to my friend's house. Not a bad weekend, huh? :P

Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess: I started to replay this game on Saturday. Currently at very beginning of the first dungeon.

Pokemon Diamond: I'm just leveling up my team for now, then go on to get the 5th gym badge.

There ya go. That was my weekend. Now I have to suffer another week of school. ugh! I have a feeling this week will be busy...I hope i can survive through.

...my birthday. I did make a list of games, but i decided to scrap that and just ask for a pre-order of Beatles Rock Band (360), since it comes out after my birthday. My parents may ask about anything else I want and if they do, I'll ask for Microsoft Points and Wii Points, plus a new cord for my xbox 360 (the prong broke) and a new headset microphone for 360. My mom owes me both the cord and the headset, so it is possible she would just give those to me anyway. i want the special bundle of beatles rock band which is $250... that's a lot (same price as the Wii when it came out), so that's why i only asked for that game. I bet it's worth it though because I'm a fan of The Beatles, Rock Band, and music so there is no doubt I would like the game a lot!

my favorite original music is Distorted but my favorite to play is Urban. And Wave barely sounds likeour arrangedmusic for it :|

2 days of school and so far so good. I'm not incredibly busy yet but I'm afraid I might be soon especially the upcoming week. Algebra 2 will probably give out the most work (and it has been so far), which can be a pain, but at least there isn't any projects. Plus, I like math so I will do fine there. Not much work from any of my other cla$$es except World History. we had to read Chapter 1 for tomorrow, which was 14 pages long and also do a worksheet with it. It took awhile, but I got it done.

This year I'm doing Jazz Band. I'm doing it as one of my cla$$es and also staying after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays for everybody that is doing jazz band, including people that couldn't fit jazz band in their schedule. I think that would really help me improve on playing the sax majorly, because I do have a solo in the music we are practicing right now. The piece we are playing is Count Bubba. Sounds pretty cool and is very challenging to play. Again, we aren't playing the whole piece like in the video.

That would about do it. I'm looking forward to the weekend already. Haha!

Ohyeah! he's the guy that went to Florida for a week and never bothered to make a blog about it! Now I remember! :P

In all honesty, the trips to New Jersey and Florida weren't all that great. Why? Because of my cousins. They annoyed the crap out of me in New Jersey. They argued about everything and I'm not exaggerating. Anyone else have friends or family that is like that?

What I liked about the trip is that I played the SNES and N64 again. Plus, I played the original, Donkey Kong. Yes, the very first one. It was in an arcade near the beach of New Jersey. I spent the whole time playing that in the arcade. Haha! I also made a high score on it and got in first, but it wasn't too hard.

My friend has an SNES and N64 (the systems that i got rid of), and he had both up in Florida. So i played these games:

Megaman X (SNES)

Disney's Goof Troop (SNES)

Donkey Kong 64 (N64)

(we played more, but these were the only really good ones we played)

Wemanaged to beat Megaman X and Disney's Goof Troop for the FIRST TIME EVER! My friend had these games for, what since we were in elementary school and we finally beat them. Haha! I would say that was the highlight of the trip.

Alright, in current news, I just finished 2 weeks of band camp on Friday. Band Camp was a lot of fun! I met the new freshman and they seem pretty cool. at least the girl freshman :P They were very nice and friendly. I seem to get more aquainted (sp?) with girls lately haha! :P Anyway, the 3 pieces that we will be playing for our marching show are Distorted, Wave, and Urban. Listen to those if you like. The original music always sounds better than the arranged ones for marching shows. This year the marching looks awesome (I saw how it will look like)! I wish there was some way I can show you guys but we dont have a video camera or anything :( Oh well.

Anything else? Oh yes. While I was gone, Tancred8120 had his birthday and i went to the birthday party. It was fun, nothing special though. I got him 1600 Microsoft Points BTW.

It turns out summer is almost done for me. Tomorrow will be my first day of school. Yep, and I have to wake at 5:30am for band rehearsals at 7am (I take a while to get ready). So I guess I made this blog just so I didn't have to make one during school haha! I'll stillmake blogs though don't worry.

I decided to cancel the making of my Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time Review due to certain events and plus I haven't played it since I started the review way back in July.

I'm not planning to get anymore games for a while until my birthday passes. Why? So I can use my birthday money plus my already earned money to buy games coming out later in September (like Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story!) Any suggestions of games to get is appreciated too.

That will about do it for this blog. It's long enough isn't it? :P Anyway, I'll let you guys know how classes are going later this week. And I dont know if I'll be active in my current unions. I can try whenever I can.
