I am going to be slowing down over the next few months. I will stilll comment on blogs, and do some union posting, but not as much as before. Please don't demote me, and I will still stay active every once in a while. I am not quitting, just slowing down.

What a piece of @#$%! I've heard of it before, but it has never happened to me... has this happened to anyone else?

O.K. I know that I have been doing a whole lot of posts, but a whole lot has been happening. I had a chair test in orchestra, and I got 1st Cello. (I'm the best in my class) Also, Hurricane Ike. I'm Texan, so it will be really bad for me. Hurricane Ike is as big as Texas, so I have heard. It sure doesn't fight for its friends.

Hi, Cecil_Highwind here with an update on his life.

School: School is going good, I've got Pre-AP Math and Science. I also have LEAP Reading. You might know it as GT. It is a program for kids that think more creatively than others. It is really fun, and the teacher is really nice. The first school dance is Friday. The school also has a system called School Web. The teachers have online pages and forums to talk on. It is really fun.

Gamespot: I plan to have a weekly feature in my blog. It won't be a character of game of the week, those are way too over used. I hope that you will find it to be an interesting idea. It will be put on every Saturday, until I run out. If you have a guess, put it in you comment. I plan to do some more reviews soon.

Games: I have been playing Rachet and Clank and been re-playing The World Ends With You. I is just as fun the second time around. Things go well in Rachet and Clank. I plan on getting a new DS game. Which on should I get, Super Mario 64 DS, or one of the Castlevanias?

I just beat The World Ends With You. It is the greatest game that I have ever played. I am going to continue playing this game for years to come. I am also going to review it right now.

5. Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass: A great game with a quest long enough for a console game.

4. Final Fantasy IV: A perfect level of challenge that makes you want to get up and keep on trying after every defeat.

3. Pokemon Pearl: A great game with tons of ways to fully customize your party, great boss fights, and tons of Pokemon to capture.

2. Mario Kart DS: In my opinion, the greatest Mario Kart game yet. Tons of modes make this game an instant hit.

1. The World Ends With You: A great experimental game. This game has stuff that has never been seen before in any video game.

Hi people, me again. (Of course) I'd like to tell you about a new union I joined. If you are my friend, you got an invite, and hopefully you joined. If you join, please mention me some where. (I'm trying as hard as I can to become an officer) It's a great union, and I'd like to get more people to join it. It only has 10 members last time I checked. It needs a new banner and stuff if you can make those, it would be very much appreciated.

As promised, my update on Obama's speech:

During his speech, he talked about what he wanted to change. He said that off-shore drilling is only a temporary solution,and that we should look to other sources of energy. He wants to invest resources in clean coal, natural gas, and safe nuclear power. If he becomes president, he will set a ten year goal on being completely independant from Middle East petroleum. Obama also wants to invest in a new generation of teachers, with higher pay and higher expectations. He said that he knows that this will cost money, and that he will go through the budget and cut programs that aren't working well, making room for the new ones.

Now on to vice president choices.

McCain and the governer of Alaska (?): He made a VP good choice for the election, but not for the country. Since he picked a woman, some Hillary supporters will help him, but she has next to no experience in foreign affairs. There is a higher chance that McCain will have a medical emergency and she will have to take over. With next to no foreign affairs knowledge, it would be a disaster if she took over in the state we are in.

Obama and Joe Biden: He made a good choice even though there is little chance of Obama having a medical emergency and Biden taking over.

McCain will most likely argue that Obama has had little foreign affairs experience, but Obama lived in another country and has traveled abroad. That practilly spells foreign affairs experience!

So again, who do you want to be the next president? I will also provide coverage of the Republican National Convention.
