Secondly, just because you weigh more than somebody does not mean that is a good thing when getting into a fight. If you are an out of shape, non-athletic guy who is carrying around pounds and pounds of dead-weight fat, then you are most likely about to get your ass kicked if you are fighting with an athlete.

I'd put my money on a 5'11", 160 pound athlete over a non-athletic, out of shape 5'8", 195 pound fatty every time.

A) instigating the fight

B) taking a gun to a fistfight that he started

C) at the very least causing it by being too stupid to walk away when told to leave it alone

D) if it had not been a black kid he killed Zimmerman would not have any defenders but now he has thousands of them.

For D. that is conjecture, and could be turned around to be if it had not been a black kid there wouldn't be that much media hype around it.

Well in the US we do not have a population growth problem. (In fact the birth rate is hitting a record low). Forced sterilization is not needed, and the idea of targeting the poor with this is a horrible idea.

Owning a weaponized tank (which can be legal to own with the right license) is not the same as owning a semi-automatic AR-15. They are totally differnt things. :|

I tried to reread the World War books, but finding myself rooting for the Nazis in any capacity was starting to make my skin crawl.

That was one of the themes of the book. All of the non-Nazi characters can't stant working with the Nazis too (and most still see them as the enemy), but when it between that and enslavement by an alien race. They are forced to work along side the. One of the interesting things about the book is how it gives character to the aliens. They are not just some evil invading Alien race.

The world would probably be a much difference place, For better or for worst I can't say.

Read How Few Remain and the rest of the Timeline 191 novels by Harry Turtledove. He speculated that slavery would be dead by the 1880s, but the CSA would persist into WW II because of alliances with England and France (who silently backed them in the Civil War, and would have recognized their independence had they won) as a nation with a permanent underclass of blacks. The US, in turn, would be allied with Germany as a counter to the CS.

I haven't read the Timeline 191 books by Turtledove (reading the Worldwar books right now). But I did read The Guns of the South, a standalone book he wrote, which was pretty interesting, but kind of silly. 

Right now it is looking like he will not be guilty of murder, at the most he may get manslaughter, just not a case to prove he murdered anyone

In terms of convicting Zimmerman, I still don't see what business the man has claiming self-defense when he was the instigator of the situation. Like in Florida can I just go break into someones house, have THEM attack me first then shoot them and claim self-defense?

Didnt knew Transistor was also coming fot PC. My bad on that part. When it comes to DS not being game, lems can count an "announced Black Tusk title" but we cant count a tech demo that going by QD record is the ground for a full fledge game? HR also started has a tech demo, remember?
