Well the punk was already breaking the law owning the firearm. Also gun crime in the US had been dropping (Like 49% from 93' )

So what is there exactly left to make this piece of garbage a success? It will fail and when it does, I will be so happy.

1) The Xbox One needs to have a interweb connection, but doesn't need to stay online, from this story, it seems when you lose connection you can still play games.

2) The Kinect can be turned off

3&4) We should really wait until E3 to say that, just afew weeks ago.

5) Here it talks about the Xbox One will not require gameers to pay an activation fee to play used games. But will need regualr 'checks' (which is lame)

6) The controller looks alright, I kind of like the 360 controller better than the PS3 (But Mouse and Keyboard is still the best)

7) We haven't seen the PS4 yet. ;)

8) So? If you care about hardware being out of date then (see the light) and become a PC gamer. :D

Truth be told, this gen of consoles is not impressing me, it seems they are becoming wantabe PCs, that you can't upgrade. So unless I am wowed at E3, I just may skip this gen from the start.

From the looks of it that is a flase installer, the fact that it is from a website rises red flags. (However it isn't phishing, phishing is done by e-mail/text/ect, with a e-mail claiming to be a bank/WOW/ect to try to get your passwords.

Well you don't have to worry about that, There has been reports that there would not be any preowned fees for the Xbox One.

Well the latest news it seems that there will not be any fee. Right now there is alot we do not know and claiming ownage is very premature. (Like Sony's pre own plan)
