@stage4saiyan: Deciding who "wins" each year is such a subjective thing that I don't know why anyone bothers to bring it up (unless they're trying to troll). I don't know anyone that thought anyone but Microsoft "won" the last three years, but does that make a verifiable fact? Nope, still just opinions.

@jordaninthesky: Of course there is. Websites such as GameSpot are willing to create content that isn't locked behind a paywall because they know they can make revenue from ads. If you use an ad blocking program while still viewing the content on their site you are, effectively, stealing. That's not so much an opinion as it is a fact.
