@Aleperez75: Maps will be free and on a rotating schedule, but if you want to play a specific one that isn't in the schedule you can purchase it. Also, only the host of a private match needs to own the map.
@keech: If they stop having micro-transactions then they'll actually become full priced games. As-is we're getting a deal since games haven't increased in price for a while.
@baral-o: Well, the price of games also hasn't been going up with inflation, so I have no problem with them offering some DLC for cosmetic things as a way to make a bit more money without increasing the actual price of the game.
@xbhonner: So I see we're onto the phase where you stop trying to have an intelligent conversation (though an argument could be made that you never were) and you just start accusing me of being a fanboy. Good to know you have nothing to say that actually tries to refute anything I said.
@xbhonner: Since when is it a bad thing? I dunno...the late 90's when everyone realized it was just script kiddies that actually used that moniker?
Says who? Any intelligent person.
I never said I was offended, just that it makes you look foolish. Just like if I always referred to Sony as $ony it would make people think I was a raving fanboy instead of someone that is able to objectively look at a situation and determine the pros and cons without being blinded by my belief that one piece of plastic is drastically inferior to another piece of plastic.
