@Keithy211 The same way open television channels do, audience. People are supposed to be honest, if they haven't payed for anything in a F2P game why would they say otherwise?
I never spent any money on free to play games, when they become so tedious I would feel the need to pay to advance, I just quit the game altogether.
The over extension of grinding in free to play games are one of the main reasons I hate them so much and it's also why I think MOBA's are a perfect suit for this model, all the game is there, you only pay for cosmetics if you so choose.
The only truly annoying things in the website for me are:
1 - The atrocious video player, besides not supporting 1080p you have to start over and rebuff the video after changing resolutions, that's truly not acceptable in this day and age.
2 - Shows like Escape From Mount Stupid and such are hard to find when there's not a new episode with focus on the main page.
3- Changing my current page to see a picture in a not even that great resolution is not acceptable, make it expand in the current page or at least open it a new tab and with better\original resolution.
Everything else is ok, I like the current layout but I don't object to a new one.
Gamespot, how can you still use this atrocious video player? Rebuffering and start over a video to change resolution, really? Come on.. you can do better.
@prime_l The fact that you already have some coherent responses and people wanting to join in defeats the purpose of that blog title, idiots are plentiful in the world, I can guarantee you that you'll find one or more everywhere you look, be it religious, demographic or geographic. Oh, and yes, before I forget.. welcome to the Internet!
@lisq199 One major difference this time around though, Xbox360 had a year advantage, people buy what's available at the moment, on that Christmas the Xbox was the only option. The only real big advantage for Sony at the moment is the price tag, moms and grandpas will buy the Playstation because of the smaller number, not because of feature X or Y since they don't even know the difference.
@ziproy @CloWnCircus I'm not saying this is a bad show, I enjoyed it and the subject had some personal resonance but I really enjoyed being taken into a cultural trip about some of the best games and the developers who made them. He should do this and EFMS simultaneously. :D
