I hate the idea of digital distrubtion. Call me old fashioned, but I like having a physical copy of my games. One reason being that if one of my systems ever break I don't lose my entire collection for that console/have to redownload everything again (which with full blown games would take far longer than I have patience for). I'm also somewhat of a game collector so I naturally hate the idea of digital distribution since it would destroy the hobby.gameguy6700

I just wanted to say one thing about this. I'm not well experienced, but can't you save whatever you download on a CD or a DVD? I figure if you can do that, then you can have a backup of what you bought so it wouldn't be as much of a hassle if it's all lost. However, I don't know if there's any cd-writing protection or not.

I love Diablo II as well. I don't think it does anything technically to stand out, but how it all comes together makes it just... a magical experience.

For you though, it might just might bet hat you like PC hack-n-slash games better than console ones... although I don't know if all the games you mentioned besides Diablo II are console games, so I may be just totally wrong.

I understand what you are saying... but have you tried the other things that the Xbox 360 offers? I'm sure there are games besides FPS... Try'em out, if you can. And you could possibly go for some Xbox games and play it on your 360... KOTOR comes to mind when you mentioned depth, or maybe Morrowind if you haven't played it on PC (I love Morrowind on Xbox)...

You always have options, I would say... there are plenty of games out, from what I've seen.

I think there could be several explanations. It could be that back then, there were more people who were in it to make good games, not money... and well, back then the standards were being established, somewhat, while now we have standards we look up to and legends to remember, you know?

It could just be that games today aren't as good, compared to games back then in their time.

But it looks soooooo damn good though! I just want to say that games are getting so good looking that the only thing separating them are little things... and it's so not fun to nit pick...

It's a bit strange... I don't remember all of it myself. The basic premise is that you're the hero, and you have to stop the bad guy. simple enough. I mean, there isn't really much to know. I don't remember much story being told. As for the keys... you've gotta get them all to open the doorway to the next world/level or whatever, I think. I haven't played in a while, though, and I hope you mean the first one.

I prefer III... I still play III, but can't play past a few hours of IV. I don't know why, really.

III takes me into its world more than IV does... I don't have to think as much in IV. I think, anyway.

Yeah. What one of the previous guys said. If you only have to get 1, get Two Thrones. Otherwise, start from the first. Honestly, the first was my favorite.

Of course, you can skip the second, if you really needed to, and just play the first and third. The second is kinda iffy... I mean, I loved it 'cause I love the gameplay, but story-wise it's kinda awkward, I felt.

I can't help you answer that question, but I have another question. Aren't those features vital to GRAW 2, because that's what the game is built around? The warrior of the future and whatnot?

If you want to play the old ghost recons, you might as well just go get the old ones, because the new one adds a new spin to it, and those things are vital, I would assume.

Still, somebody else may be able to help you accomplish what you want. (even though I find it completely irrational and weird)

I've always wanted to see how it'd play out... in a game as magical as StarCraft... That is, I hope StarCraft II comes out in my lifetime, and that it is as awesome as StarCraft was in my opinion.
