I don't know, maybe it's the enormously higher polygon count, the near perfect lighting and far superior A.A. But I'm going to have to absolutely disagree.
And I could go around and say if you reduce the multi-plat to X-box 360 Gears is out selling the current CoD. But we'll never truly know, because Gears is exclusive. It's the only reason I have my 360 right now. And ironically, most of my friends are talking about getting it more then CoD. Which is a very good sign.

Are we seriously comparing the 360's install base in '06 to the PS2's install base in '04? I mean, really? Are we seriously suggesting the Gears of War franchise will ever sell as well as COD, let alone kill it? I mean, really? People suggest BF3 will kill CoD. Well at best the graphical difference will only tarnish maybe a 0.5 from the graphics side of things, other areas can make up for that.JohnF111
Honestly, I can't tell which looks better graphically. Though the final build grid lock leaked footage was the best graphics I've ever seen on consoles.
