Any thing above act 1 was hopelessly and abysmally bugged. After watching the game, I'm definitely not going to be buying it, although to be fair I hated Gears 2 and Gears 3 is very similar You mean the leaked build? I saw a majority of the finished game, it had shadows and all that excessive amount of ugly motion blur, and it IS insanely over rated considering how much delusional hype it was getting on the forums. Edit: By the way, the person who posted Gridlock has the game early and played through the full campaign. I asked him shortly after what he thought of it, he though it was a 11/10.

Doom 3 has better shadows and lighting Not sure if serious, these are literally the best lighting and shadow effects I've ever seen on consoles. looks a tiny bit better then Gears 1/2 Not to be mean, but there's only one way I can reasonably respond to that notion. Considering the textures in the UC3 beta were inferior to Gears of war 3s beta. And textures don't improve, especially in the last months of development I'd say this tops it. I was always a little skeptical about Gears of war 3, after Gears of war 2. But when Mad world started playing I no longer have fear. Now, I know I'm going to get flamed for this but... GOTY!
