To start with if you have had your acc hijacked you really should have made an effort to protect it, how hard is it to protect your steam acc.. and you can't sue them, this is in their terms and conditions, so although it's harsch I'm not sure what you can do and I hope you get your acc back.

Yes - if you like quake it's worth it, are you sure you can't get it on PC though? If you can it's a definite yes, if not I would still get it - I have it for both PC and 360 and love it on both.

I found the game rather repetitive and boring, and like SA much more, however it's still worth trying, it's an experiance.

Oblivion is good, I played it for ages on the PC - however I feel it is not the best, mass effect is also rather good, however I think the witcher is better than both.

Well it's a quake game so there isn't really any story, it's a bit fun the story and best if you play it over xbl - however the game is designed basically just for mutliplayer so you wont get that much out of single player, it's good just as a tutorial though.

Well the console version is toned down a bit, so if you are going to get it I would strongly advise getting it for the PC, however if you do not have a computer of reasonable ability to play the game and need a console version it is still good, the game is fun and fast paced, there is steep learning curve, and do the damned training! It will take you a while to get used to all the things, but once you are it is great fun, it is a good game but hard, and experiance if fast reaction fps such as doom and quake is a good help. It is a rather fun game, but not nearly as good as for PC - I would reccomend it, but it will require some patience and there are some nasty loading times.

I just got them, but apart from Forge mode I can't see a way of playing them, which irritates me greatly as I do not have the ability to use my xbox all the time, so I hope they are up n running by tommorrow =/. However they arn't bad, atleast not from exploring them, they are actually rather good, however until atleast they are in the normal playlists I would not get them, and 3 maps for 800ms points is a tad measly, however the same argument could be held for the COD4 map pack which is amazing (I realise there are 4 maps for it.. however the fourth is only a cage match map =/). Get it when it's free, but it's good.

Firstly, I agree with you when it comes to technical proficiency this game has.. none, however this hopefully will be improved when the new edition comes, which name I have forgotten, however from what I know its a version of the game that.. works. The combat is special, however I like it, it's more relaxed and rather fun in my opinion. The game, undoubtedly based on its badly translated dialogue, however even though there are so many problems I really like it. I admit, at first I was willing to break the CD in half and then shred it, however once I was in old visima (or whatever it was called), I changed my mind, the environment was refreshing, and offered a reasonable ammount. I must say, there are many problems, and the technical aspects of the game are.. awful, but I still love it, I love the universe created, and many of the environment are refreshing.. well.. some of them.. that was really a lie.. I mean the swamp is so damn boring that.... so a few of the environments are good and the other are well.. just ok. However it's still a fun game, give it 10 hours or so, and if you still don't like it I see no reason for you to do anything but sell it as fast as possible.
