I curnetly have bell 3g wireless internet. It is the only internet available to me right now. It is connected to my laptop an I wanna know my best solution for online gaming on my ps3. I currently share my connection and it is playable but most games such as cod4 experience some lag. I have heard some stuff abou bidging my connection and I was wondering if that would make any difference in my gaming. My main questions are:

1. Should i share or bridge my connection?

2.Is there anyway to install the modem software on the ps3 such as copying it to a disc then connecting directly to my ps3

3. Would a wireless router improve my gaming?

I get 1.5mb download but only 40kb upload so is there anyway to impove upload speeds?

All help is appreciated. thanks in advance.

I do not need a new internet connection because I am not havin problems with it. I get about 1.5mb download and 500kb upload. I am wondering if sharing the connection throughmy laptop slows it downany on the ps3. Is there any way to improve my ps3 online gaming? I have seen mobile broadband routers but im not sure if it will make a difference.

I live where there is no high sped internet available. I currently have mobile broadband for my laptopand i share the connection to my ps3. I occasionaly experience lag but my download speed isnt too bad. i play call of duty and i am always having a red dot. Although I have a red dot it is still playabl but frustrating at times. So i was wondering if it would be differnet using a mobile broadband router instead of running through my laptop. Would my connection be more fairly distributed to my ps3 or would it make no difference. Any help would be great.

I am looking at buying a new computer that will be mainly used for gaming. I looked into bulfing my own but I do not think I am up to it. I would greatly appreciate it if someon could recommend me a gaming PC. I am not made of money so I would like the price to be below $1000 CDN. Thanks.

I am looking at buying a Dell desktop computer. I am not into building a PC and I really do not want to start. I have found a dell desktop computer with 8GB RAM and 1TB HDD. I realise the RAM is overkill but the package comes with a monitor. I have a couple options for a video card which is whereI need help. I can get a ATI 3450 and upgrade in the future or get a ATI 4670 or Nvidia 9800GT. I want to play most modern games on high settings. Also the processor is a Q8200.

I have been looking at building my own gaming PC for quite some time. I would like it as cheap as possible but still run very well with most games on high settings. I have a few questions Before I start. This macine is strictly for gaming and casual web surfing.

1.Is a Dual core 7750 or 6400 any good for gaming? I do not overclock becuase this is my first build andi do not plan on starting.

2. I have though about a quad core but am not positive if i should get becuase computers are always gettting outdated so Is it necessary to have a qyad core?

3. If i do get a quad core should I get a Phenom 2? I do not want to overclock.

4.What gives you better gaming performance Quad or Dual?

These are some of my questions I have. My system will include 4GB RAM and a 640 GB HDD. I plan on getting a sapphire 4870 or a 4850 and Crossfireing shortly afterwards. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I currently do not have ighspeed internet available to me. I have dialup internet and i am wondering if there are any games that support it. Alot of games say minimum of dial up but will any games actually be playable? I heard that WoW is playable on dialup but I am unsure.
