@jd7904 then it would be business suicide. There will always be people who will spend whatever on anything, but the sales will be no where near what they expect.
The price of new games will be the kicker. If the upside to all this is the games are now cheaper, that could ease some pain. But unless new games release at $40, there really is no winning this battle against the consumers. If they continue to charge $60, both consoles have an even bigger problem than they think. Microsoft more so far with these policies.
@snxx again, at least it's something. It suffices for me for now so i'll take it. Besides, I never said anything about it being nothing to complain about.
"Provided the individual publisher approves, disc-based Xbox One games are also able to be traded between friends, but only once per game. There are no fees for trading titles between friends."
@knyght1008 There are times where there is a simple reason for things, a logical explanation or people are just overreacting... but there is no denying this is not one of those times. Microsoft truly is abandoning your demographic and it is indeed shocking. Regardless if anyone is an xbox or PS fan it doesnt matter, hopefully those serving will at least be able to use the PS4 to enjoy gaming. It makes me feel really bad.
@duhNeighbour thank you for that link. That seems pretty solid. Maybe we can at least have more individuality between these newer systems since Xbox 360 and PS3 were pretty similar. It's clear each has a specific aim in their market. Each will be suitable for a different group of people.
